Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Orange

Never coming back. Weekly customer. Can't rate 0 stars Manager( Alex ) made me walk to the store (I don't drive.) 1.6 miles each way (3.2 miles total at 11pm on 5/7) to get my refund because he wouldn't refund my card or bring me a reorder, it was wrongly made and neither of us ate even half a slice on either pizza (in order notes I originally stated to please pay attention as the order was difficult) and continually hung up on me when I would re call.. My mother called and he said oh no problem I just didn't like your sons attitude(I'm bipolar 2) and that they were getting call backs left and right... She said no wonder Look how u made ours? ...he told her he would NOT refund me but he would her... (it was money on my credit card) mind you we had waited over 2 hours at this point. 11:17pm I arrived on foot with my food and told him to give me my refund or I was calling the police. He stated he never said such things and could have my money gave me my money minus the tip 10% (he should of returned it if he wasn't going to remake my food automatically during our first call at 940pm) I should not have to have walked 3.2 miles at 11pm at night to get DELIVERY. Domino's corporation has been called. Don't deal with these losers. Domino's will fix your potholes but won't fix your pizza.

Needless to say both of our nights were ruined and by midnight neither of us...

Ordering on app is pretty easy. When picking up, if you're going to go in, pull really hard on the door. It's not locked. I went back to my car only to see someone yank the door open and go in. I went back instead of canceling my order and the person was coming out. He said, "The door tricked me last week." They have to get the sticky door fixed. The app showed pick up in 15min. So I decided to go wait inside. I looked at the order board and saw my name with 9 min next to it. Another person walked in saw his name at 7 min as he told the cashier. Two minutes go by and he said to the cashier, "Why did 10 more minutes jump on all the times?" I looked up where my name was displayed and sure enough 10 minutes was added to wait pickup time. Something must have glitched on the app and board. Anyways, my food was ready and hot and accurate. Price was right too. I recommend this...

Delicious pizza at a reasonable price. Don't order from here unless you have a coupon otherwise it's not so reasonably priced. Quality of the pizza is consistent and usually ready by the promised time. The workers here are always friendly and greets you when you walk in. The kitchen appears to be clean and well staffed. I highly recommend using the app to order because it has the best deals...if you call in your order they do not give you the best deals when you ask if they have any specials going on. I personally have never had that problem but have been there when they are on the phone with a customer and telling them the offers and I was paying way less than that.
