Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orange

Walked in and there was one customer in front of my who seemed to be having trouble ordering from rude staff himself. After he left, I was left standing unattended for nearly 11 minutes as I watched the only cashier in the building make mobile orders…. I didn’t get annoyed until I realized one lady keep making eye contact with me while she kept doing everything else.. furthermore, another customer walks in and is on the phone not even realizing I’m standing right at the front of the cashier waiting to be helped.. she puts money on the counter and says something in Spanish and a guy comes out of nowhere in a blue shirt (must’ve been a manager) responds to her in Spanish, and takes the money off the counter that she used to purchase her coffee… I went out of my way to tell her I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped.. she was understanding and wanted me to go before her, but the man in the blue shirt started making her coffee anyway! Furthermore, she left the establishment with her coffee and instead, I left with an argument instead. STAFF ARE RUDE HERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! There is another location right up the street. Avoid this location at all costs. They need to be re-trained or they shouldn’t be working with...

Hit and miss.

Be careful: They will occasionally give you incorrect change!!! Just today I gave a $20 for an order that was almost $11 and only got some change back, no bills! (This was through the drive through).

They also often forget your whole order if you get more than just a coffee, maybe I order more than most idk but I usually have to remind them that I'm waiting for the rest of my food :/

Don't get me wrong, I still go to this place regularly and enjoy my food and coffee, but the service isn't very consistent. I would not recommend it, I'm sorry but that's the truth. They have given me incorrect change almost every other time I've gone through the drive thru which is super sketchy to me.

Their staff is usually okay, some are super awesome, others are pretty rude and just act like they have a problem. The coffee is hit and miss, they make it wildly different every time adding almost random amounts of cream/sugar. I mean, it's coffee so it's whatever. But you gotta be careful about your $.

If you buy from them just use your credit card so they can't give you the wrong change.

I typically come to this location as it has a drive thru. I order the same thing everyday. This morning the young lady at the window was quite rude. She presented me with my drink I told her it’s not how I requested it. Rather than add what I requested she told me, it’s not on the “thingy” (whatever that means) so I can’t change it. So the drink I order everyday, the exact same way that YOU messed up on can not be fixed? Mind you I tip twice the total daily. I will not return to this location.
