Months later... And the issue still has not been resolved. Last night I had dinner land they didn't close their doors until 10:00 which was great. Tonight they close at 9:00. Because of a staffing issue. The staffing issue should not affect whether or not somebody who does not have a vehicle like myself can go in and purchase food to be able to eat. Please do something about this. Take the sticker off the door that says 11:00 p.m. And fix your staffing issue. Y'all hiring? I'll be more than happy to take care of the problem.
UPDATE here it is only 9:15ish. Sign on the door STILL says the dining room closes at 11. I walk in and walk past a manager sweeping. Go to the kiosk and place an order for 2 tacos and pay.
As I am walking over to put my belongings down so I can grab the taco sauces and napkins I will need for my TO-GO order the same manager tells me the dining room is already closed. I simply respond “how’s that possible when I just placed an order for two tacos through the kiosk?”. She then smiles and says “oh that’s ok then”.
Please do something about your stores that don’t follow the signage on the doors. And let your managers know that if they are going to close the dining room over an hour and a half early…. They may want to lock the door and shut off the kiosk
Sign on the door says The dining room closes at 11. They actually close it at 10 but don’t change the door. It’s 9:44pm and they’ve already closed the dining room. And don’t acknowledge someone knocking on the door wanting to order. They need to fix their signage because it’s very frustrating for someone like me who is on foot or on the bus that can’t go through the drive-thru. So either change your damn signage or follow your signage. I wonder if the general manager is aware that...
Read moreWhere to start... As I was trying to order a #10 combo, the lady listened and understood the order. Of course, she forgetting to mention what drink to get, size, whether or not you wanted curly fries after I said the combo #. So I clarified the drink, size and wanting curly fries. she said once I said that's it: "You ordered the Powerade grape right?" And I said no I said Sprite no ice but she didn't listen and proceeded to instruct me to go to the window. So when I meet up at said window, it was a different lady (Who I assume is the manager) and told me my charge. Of course I paid for it and got the wrong drink (As expected) and told her my drink of choice. She switched the drinks and got the right drink, however as soon as I got the food - I told her why did she give me regular fries when I requested curly ? She claims that I didn't state curly fries despite me stating that to the lady who made the order prior. So she charged me extra (despite me already paying for curly fries?) And switched the fries. By the end I was a little irritated and the manager wished me a nice day in a demeaning tone. This also happened similarily to another gentleman that was in front of me at the drive thru.
Long story short:
This Jack in the Box location needs to get it straight when it comes to Customer satisfaction, since the employees aren't as responsive as you would think. Hate to see anyone go through this terrible experience, you're honestly better off ordering on the JACK app since at least you know they won't screw your order using that method.
Side note:
I know it is possible for a Jack in the Box location to be improved upon since the one near the UCI medical center definitely improved on customer service since my last...
Read moreThis is an interesting Jack in the Box. The people working here are absolutely amazing, kind and very easy to talk to. The problem is they're working at a little bit of a disadvantage. Please check out the pictures. You will see that the windows are all scratched and the outside of the doors and windows are pretty dirty. No one working there is proud of that. On the other hand, the inside is extremely clean, the tables were spotless and the bathrooms look like they had just recently been cleaned from top to bottom. I didn't even have a problem setting my purse down on the floor when I use the facility. I had the grand breakfast and was a little disappointed in the temperature. The pancakes were ice cold, the syrup was ice cold, and the eggs were ice cold. The sausage and the hash brown were of a perfect temperature. When I tried to use their Wi-fi, the agreement page was not working and the message, in big bold letters, told me to call this 1-888 number and tell them that the service was down. I did that. It did not work. The gentleman on the line had no idea why I was calling. He ask me what my store number was. He ask me what my managers name was. And I had no answers for any of this. As I told him, "I'm here to eat breakfast. I'm not an employee or store manager." The gentleman on the 888 number seemed very confused and finally said he could not help me. So I was at this Jack in the Box without the ability to use Wi-Fi and no one to help. Would I go to this Jack in the Box again? Yes. There was enough positives that it would be well worth going back.
