Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orange

So I come here to get food when I get off work late at night tonight they were busy so I order my usual thing. I come home eat my taco about to eat the burrito I ordered come to find out the burritos that they made had the wrong sauce on them so what do I do? I called them to let them know so I can hopefully come back to get my order, I called them three times nobody answered I think you should probably answer after the second or third call but you know that’s just me when I was working in Fast food industry. Since they say they care so much about the customer. I am super happy that I have to go back to get my order fixed and I understand Stuff happens and people put the wrong and stuff sometimes when it’s busy and you’re not really thinking and going to fast. I just asked them to make my whole order right since I had to come all the way back just to get my food right.

The guy on the line. NOT THE CASHIER. Comes aggressively slams the window open and shoves the food in my car window I grab the bag look inside, my taco was missing & THEY NOW GOT MY ORDER WRONG FOR A SECOND TIME. They did not put my nacho cheese on the side like I asked.

I sit there for a second and wait for the cashier to come back to the window since I’m still sitting there. I asked “where’s my taco?” Cause at this point I don’t even care about any of the sauce in the burritos because I’m so aggravated from the way they treated me over simple mistake. The cashier replies “the taco was wrong too?” I replied “No, it wasn’t, it’s for the courtesy of me having to come all the way back up here and waste more of my gas because you didn’t want to answer the phone when I called & how extremely rude you guys have been because I had to come up here to remake my food.”

They gave me my food & my taco. Won’t be going to that Taco Bell again. I’ve worked in fast food most of my life, I understand things happen. I just asked for my food remade & it really pisses me off when they get upset because the customer isn’t satisfied with the wrong order. Normally this is our go-to Taco Bell and we have ordered here many times before. Tonight we had a really bad experience here. We mobile ordered food when leaving for work and it took us about 10 minutes to get to Taco Bell. We were waiting in line at the drive-through for another 10 minutes and when we got to the window they gave us our drinks and had asked us to go to the front and they would bring out our food. We agreed and pulled around to the front and ended up waiting another 10 minutes and while waiting we watched FIVE cars get their food and leave while we still had not been taken care of. Walked up to the door and started knocking for them. While knocking at the door the employee at the window saw me and I watched him ask the cooks if the mobile order was done. It took another two minutes for him to bring us our food to which we asked why there were 5 cars they served before the mobile order that had already BEEN waiting. He said that our order was big and others had small ones so they catered to them first. We had ordered the 3 Doritos locos Tacos combo, a chicken quesadilla, guacamole cup, onions and cilantro cup and a little bag of the Cinnamon Twists. That is our usual order and this has never been my experience here nor anywhere that you mobile order food from. In total our order was 15 minutes late (not including driving time to get there). It was ridiculous to watch how our order was completely forgotten and that we were pushed off to the side while they made sure to kill their drive through line to make times. A super Amazing Morning! Above and beyond. I give this place a one hand up, meaning, a 5 star rating. It was a cloudy day but the employees who manage the fast food place in the morning was phenomenal. The employee knew what to do even when the drive-thru is busy. He made sure to go through what kind of meat for the breakfast box. The service is awesome and the order is very accurate. The employees made sure that the quality of our food meets the high expectations. The place is very clean and well kept. I am happy that the employees there cheer us up and make known their utmost care. One of the employee greeted us and asked how our food was. It’s amazing to have a well committed employee who make sure the customer feels welcomed and at home. I am overall satisfied with this place and I will make sure those who read this review gets a chance to visit this place.
