Starbucks — Restaurant in Orange

Normally a great place to get Starbucks with consistent, and good tasting drinks, however, we have had a very disappointing experience today which left us very upset. We had gotten two drinks, a Grande Pink Drink and a Venti Black Iced Tea. After about 10 minutes wait, understandable considering the busy drive through and inside, I got my pink drink but we did not receive the iced tea. Lots of guests were being nosy and asking about their drinks, so I figured we would try to be polite and not pester about the tea, as it should've been out soon. We ended up waiting 20 more minutes, before my wife had gotten upset to the point of me asking about it. They had lost the ticket, and the drink had been sitting in the drive through counter for the past 20 minutes. At this point we were so lost for time we grabbed our drink and left, but this had caused us to have numerous issues with getting to work on time.

We had actually left for work 30 minutes early, assuming this would be enough time to be able to get a drink before work. The endeavor at Starbucks had cost us a total of 40 minutes of our time, and this resulted in being late to a very attendance-strict workplace.

This was not the direct fault of the employees, as it was very busy and mistakes can happen. I would just like the establishment to know that this unfortunate event has caused a lot of...

I don't know what has happened to Starbucks but the quality of their coffee product has diminished greatly it seems as if they are using fewer coffee beans and less coffee in general when they brew your coffee in the morning... You can tell there's a difference in the strength of the coffee when you get your coffee ordered with 2% milk and when they hand you your ice latte it looks like a milkshake and not a coffee is considerably weaker in taste and the cost has gone up this is unsatisfactory to me as a customer. If you want a really great cup of coffee you're going to have to go to the small mom and pop coffee shops you may pay a little more money but you will get a far superior coffee product drink from the small moment pop coffee houses. My personal preference is the Coffee Grove in Villa Park this place really serves a great cup of coffee, nice and strong which is how we like coffee and very flavorful and it's brewed to order so very fresh coffee which is what we want in the morning right and what we want in our coffee drink. If you're truly in the mood for a real cup of coffee this is where you want to come trust me on this you're gonna love this place oh by the way they also serve fresh bagels. I go here a lot & tip well. Normally they’re nice even though they tend to get my order wrong a lot. The other day I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes (I’m wheelchair bound so going in isn’t an option), didn’t know it was the first day of pumpkin drinks. From the passenger seat I couldn’t see the menu but I knew I wanted the yellow & red frozen refresher. All I could see was strawberry, dragonfruit & mango as options so I order mango. When we get to the window the driver is handed a melted red drink - not frozen. I ask “shouldn’t this be yellow?” & she replies “no, you’re thinking of pineapple”. So I say “oh no! That’s what I wanted I didn’t even see that as an option.” while she takes my $6…then she closes the window on us. We proceed to wait for her to come back with the change because the drink is not $6 & she just doesn’t open the window again. I wasn’t even offered a chance to order the correct drink or anything.
