My daughter and I like to buy boba drinks at this place, but recently staff have been very rude, first of all I buy at this place like twice a week so today I place my order through DoorDash and went to pick up my order and the guy made show him my order in my phone. When I gave him my name he said I won’t give you anything because I need to see your phone first. Come on this person knows me because I’m a client. I told him how come you guys put new rules every time this is not the first time I come here or order through DoorDash and no one has asked me to show my phone I only give my name or my order. he said that doesn’t matter. I asked him can I please talk to your manager or owner of the place he said I’m not giving you any information and said leave your review at yelp if that’s what you need, so I said Ok I will, he started yelling I’m calling my lawyers on you if you write or lie on the yelp page.

They didn’t brew their Thai tea long enough. It looked like Thai tea, but tasted like straight up sweetener and milk. Gross.

Edit: I’ve upped my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I’ve been enjoying their coffee. The Asian man working in the early-ish afternoon is nice and listens. I’ve had a pair of Hispanic women help me more in the evening and while they’ve been nice, they don’t listen very well. Like I explicitly said no boba and I still had to correct it on their register.
