Starbucks — Restaurant in Oregon City

I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch, and asked for it hot as I’ve done at several other Starbucks with no problems. When they gave it to me they only said it comes as cold and has never been hot. This would have been nice to be told before I ordered, that you didn’t know how to do it hot. No offer to make a different drink or to make it right, just attitude from the drink maker. They only said “it comes cold” almost expecting me to just be ok with getting the wrong drink. Rather then correcting the error, I had to wait in line again, I ordered a new drink and specified HOT which the girl then responded “you didn’t clarify on the last drink you wanted it hot” I always clarify hot coffee, as I don’t enjoy cold coffee one bit and never order it. Although they let me keep the cold drink, which I’ll give to my bf. They did make my new drink I ordered quickly. Just all around a negative demeanor from the 2 girls working today. I went to Starbucks which I don’t usually do so I had some questions when I went in. I asked if they had white coffee, and the blonde girl that was helping me didn’t say anything and just gave me a dirty look and was just staring at me rudely. I said next “I think you guys call it blonde coffee”. And she finally said “yeah” but she said it rude but at least she said something. She also didn’t greet me when I walked up, just looked at me waiting for me to say my order. I began asking her what flavors she had and whenever I asked, if you guys didn’t have a flavor she just said “no” disrespectfully. I don’t expect the greatest customer service from this place because of past experiences but I at least expect them to be nice and this girl was straight up rude. The pumpkin scones are very delicious, most definitely love all the choices, the mango fusion tea is phenomenal, but most of all great friendly customer service, they treat you with curiosity and warm welcomings cant say enough good things...
