A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Oregon City

I've eaten here about 5 times, and 4 of those times where great good cheeseburgers friendly staff and very fast service, great fries as well. However one time I went and used a coupon for a bacon double combo with chili fries for 6.99$, once i reach the register and order the cashier takes my coupon and tells me my order is going to be 8.49$ even with the coupon and did not give me my coupon back. (It wasn't expired) did not have time to argue as i had to get to work so i paid and left. The worst part of it all is when i took a bite (or two) of my bacon double cheeseburger there was no bacon! So disappointing. Anyways other than that experience great place to eat at.

Went. Ordered Xtra crispy. Double checked at the window if I ordered extra crispy and the guy said "yes". And of course it was not. Then when I asked to correct it(after I went home, then realized it was wrong, then drove all the way back), they got rude, and an attitude, so I just took a refund. Because now they'd probably spit in my food or something. Both oregon city kfc's did this to me. The other one said yes we have extra crispy while I Ordered, but once I got to the window, tried to get me to take the disgusting original. That kfc, always does that to me. The last 3 times(maybe 4) this exact thing has happened to me?!! Kinda...

Just went to their drive thru. And by far the worst customer service and not even a sign saying that they are out of root beer. I myself wanted a Root beer float. The simple purpose of having those signs is to promote that for returning customers and etc. Well now I will not ever return to this place. Not only were they out of root beer but their soda machine was producing carbonation. They were out of literally almost everything on the menu it felt like. I tried to call and speak to a manager and phone was disconnected. Just a bit curious on how this place is functioning let alone the idea of the people who come thru more...
