Great place to get in a small fender bender.

Hate this place, let me explain why... This is on 99E in between Downtown Oregon City and Milwaukee so it's full of the criminally idiotic imports and the idioticly criminal locals. Basically any time you go by this place it's squirming with people zipping around trying to find a place to park.

They've done extensive work rebuilding the parking lot and the flow of the parking lot but don't offer signage so while trying to exit to the right on to 99E you will likely get ported off to an unmarked side-street or you can ignore the other traffic and wedge your self through the intersection the wrong way which is the way most people go - way to make stuff safer.

To add to all of this fun they're developing a huge apartment complex in the old industrial complex behind it so this place will pretty much be unvisitable once...

I've been a visitor to this shopping center for decades now. LOTS of personal history here, and I can say that the overall atmosphere of the place is the best I can recall. Lots of variety, plenty of parking, great access to the I-205 as well as 99E. Several river shore parks are within walking distance, as is the marina and multiple boat launches. Right across the highway at Clackamette Park you can enjoy witnessing the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. Historic downtown is just a few blocks away. And just fyi, some of the best agate and other rock hunting is right in this area. Fun for the whole family. Something for everyone. Multiple options, rain or shine. I wanted to order a small London fog iced latte, like I have before no questions... Today I went to order just that I was told no because it has to be steeped and they could give me a cup of ice and pour it over myself. I told them that I have ordered it before their comment was" oh I don't know about that".. like I am lying about what drink I order. They go on to try and sell me another drink. I said no, drove off. Starbucks, I know what I order constantly and I know what is prepared for me iced London fog latte with soy. Don't ever have your employees question a customers order.
