The owners and staff that work there are extremely nice and friendly. I mean genuinely friendly and nice. Not a fake smile nice. Their selection is amazing when it comes to pretty much any trading card games or sports cards. Not to mention how organized it is and easy to search for stuff. Lots of other merchandise then just cards. I love that they are local. Their prices are great and competitive. They do check prices daily to give you the best deal. The vibe in there is not just for kids, but for adults as well. I love going there with my kids and searching for pokemon cards for them even though I don't play or collect it. I had an awesome experience at Orb that really showed me how much they care about their customers. I came in to trade some magic singles and they gave me a surprisingly generous amount of store credit. Later on, I double-checked and realized they might have overvalued the trade based on the prices listed online.

When I went back to let them know and make things right, one of the owners thanked me for the honesty, shook my hand, and told me that everything was all good and use the full credit to buy something cool. That kind of integrity and trust goes a long way. You don’t see that kind of customer-first attitude often, and it really stuck with me.
