I wish I had read the reviews before spending any of my time or money here. The first time they messed up our order so bad my boyfriend called and spoke to the manager. He was very nice and offered for us to come back that night and get the correct order. It was already so late and we don't live very close. He took down our name and told us next time we stop in for food to let them know that the manager had taken our information for a free meal. Well we decided to go do that last night. We were feeling lazy and had a busy day and my boyfriend went to the drive thru. Apparently we only had the next day to use that free meal to make their mistakes right and nobody ever told us that. The manager last night felt the need to tell us "even McDonald's only gives you the next day". When was it ok to argue with a customer and make them feel like crap. When I worked in fast food we were told the customer was ALWAYS right. We never would have come back to this poorly managed chain restaurant if we had known we weren't going to get the free meal we were promised a week ago. Not only was our order messed up, but the burgers were not neatly made, the bread was super dry, falling apart, and it looked like it had been smashed. Management needs to be retrained and their standards need to be higher or fired and replaced with someone that isn't lazy and knows what they are doing. I don't care where you work you should always take pride in the job you're doing and this place has zero standards. I couldn't eat my sandwich which was a whopper with cheese and bacon, but they forgot the bacon. I paid extra for that while I was there expecting to be paid back for their first mistakes. Over $8 for a damn whopper, and $3.69 for cold stale fries. Never again will I come back and I will not recommend them to anyone. Fire the managers and get the rest of the employees in shape. How embarrassing to not even be able to make a damn cheeseburger and fries. Goodwill hires people with special needs if they need something...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite BK, but the last few months have been a complete mess. Constantly out of product. I was literally told they ran out of Whoppers! How does burger king run out of Whoppers??? They never have products the other bks have... They are constantly closing early and at random hours. I can't tell you how many times I have gone home to find out my order was not checked only to find out we were missing items or the order was made wrong. The employees are never trained properly. The other day in the drive threw I asked if they still had the farmhouse king. I was told yes and because of so many other mess ups and I asked "are you sure?" "Are you positive?" Then I get to the window and get told they don't have it because they can't order eggs anymore...? Umm...? If you can't get eggs how in the world are you serving breakfast??? I don't expect perfection from fast food. To be honest most places mess up on a regular basis, but this Burger King messes up at a significantly higher rate then anywhere else I have frequented in 35 years of life. At this point I think management has to be blamed and if something doesn't change soon I am willing to bet I won't be the only customer they piss off and lose. Read moreI came through the drive thru and ordered a meal with no onions and double cheese. I also ordered a chicken sandwich. I paid and a couple minutes later got my food. As I'm pulling forward I check my bag because this location seems to constantly get things wrong and this time was no exception. The meal I ordered had onions and no cheese, the fries were cold and I was completely missing the chicken sandwich. Since there was someone behind me I looped around to go through the drive thru again. Now there's 3 cars ahead of me. After about 15 minutes I make it back to the window and the guy working offers to fix it. Cue another 10 minutes of waiting and he hands me my food before asking me to check it. I check it and there's still not double cheese. He mentions it's there but it melted. Unless the 2 slices of cheese were placed perfectly on top of each other he was wrong. Regardless I just drove off.
Getting your order correct is a constant problem here. Out of the last 5 times I've been here 4 times my order has been wrong. I would recommend just going to a different location. I personally...
