Pop pizza is the new spot on the block serving Detroit style pizza. Walking in you’re greeted with a compact seating area. There is pizza available by the slice as well as entire pies. We opted for the cheese, veggie, and Hawaiian (minus the meat). We wanted the triple cheese but apparently it had alcohol in it. The pizza was solid, with a great under carriage and fantastic crust. It had a good crisp as well. While the pineapple was great, the rest of the toppings were average. With our combo there was salads included which weren’t bad at all. We also had the cookie pie which was unfortunately a huge let down. Pricing was certainly on the higher end. Overall, I would certainly recommend trying this place as the pizza is solid. I think it may be better than ranch pizza (especially the crust). I would absolutely skip the cookie. It’s also unfortunate that ranch and hot honey costs extra. My feedback is for them to make an actual cookie with chocolate chips throughout instead of extremely sparse chocolate sprinkled in.

Oh yeah, this is the spot. Delicious, high quality toppings on a focaccia style crust. Perfect combination of crispy edges and soft on the inside. The arugula salad was top notch also. Will have to try their cookie next. By-the-slice option is always a plus. Service was great and the setting is lowkey - only downside would be fairly limited seating but we went on a rainy evening - maybe when it's sunny there are outdoor seating options. Highly recommend!

Love the refillable soda station and the vibe was nice enough. Went in at about 1 and you could tell these have just been out for hours or was stored in a fridge overnight. Every single by the slice pizza, all like 6 options, looked dry and old. Went with pepperoni and just....chewy and lukewarm and $5 down a hole bc i literally could not finish it. I hope their salad is good but i will not be back to verify.

A simple place with really unusual pizza. At first, I wasn't wild about the idea of a thick crust pizza, almost like focaccia - but I quickly changed my mind upon the first bite.

We only ordered their gluten free pizza, so I can't attest to their regular crust. GF pizza crusts have gotten pretty good over the years, so I've come to expect it, but I never tasted anything like this one.

The sides of the crust had a crisp crunch, and I understand that Wisconsin Brick cheese was incorporated into the edges. Wow. The middle, which I was afraid would be dry and tasteless, was full of flavor.

Sauce and toppings were excellent and of high quality.

I was told that the owner has a bakery background, and it's clear that they know what they're doing. I wish them luck with this new business; I'll...

The service individuals were very kind. The pizza was first made wrong so it took longer. The cook felt bad so he gave me a cookie and salad as a kind gesture. I got home and the pizza was still wrong. Had some weird chopped red peppers on top that made my pizza spicy and I ordered extra cheese and paid the extra price and I would hate to see what the regular cheese looked like, it was not made with extra cheese that is for sure, so gave away the whole pizza. The salad smelled weird with the spices so I tossed it and well the chocolate chip cookie was missing the chocolate chips? They were all in a corner of the the cookie lol. Anyways, I have...
