My experience with the Oregon ,ohio store was beyond 5 star service and the associate (Todd N.) Who assisted myself with the issue i had went above and beyond of what he had to do. Todd N. Was professional, attentive to my needs and situation I was dealing with he didn't stop trying until the situation was solved. I wish I could say the same with the Monroe Street store that caused the problem to begin with and was unwilling and was bothered to much when I went into the store to correct the issue so much so they told me to go to a fix it shopto try and solve my issue. I will travel out of my way to go to the Oregon store rather than go down the street to the Monroe St. store. They talked fast and left out important details. When we were last in there to pay off a cellphone recently and have it unlocked, the new person helping us remarked, "nobody will want to buy that phone." It's brand new, was used one month and was purchased last fall. Furthermore, did I ask for his unsolicited advice? No. Just unlock the phone. That's not good service. Then he didn’t give me a receipt but I knew it was in the system. So for the last year I was told a credit was being applied to my account and come to find out it wasn’t and then Robert got fired.
