Went to get a sandwich and the store was not busy. She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and i clearly said no. When she asked if I wanted veggies I saw she had toasted it. I said oh I said no on the toasted. She clearly made the mistake then was extremely rude the entire time and you’ll see on camera she threw my sandwich for the guy to ring me out. He was very nice and respectful. I thought okay maybe faith is having a bad day and I took the time to run to the atm and bring a $20 dollar tip. I came back in and thought maybe this would brighten her day and she didn’t even say thank you. As I left the second time another customer said she’s just rude like that. I mean I’ve had bad customer service but this was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever came across. You can see on the camera I said NO I don’t want it toasted! I probably even shook my head no. But what I don’t understand was her being extremely rude to me because of her mistake. I first wanted to write a good review because the guy that was working was so kind and made up for her. But after I tipped $20 and didn’t even get a thank you I figured I would go ahead and write exactly what happened. I won’t be going to this location as long as faith is there. I asked the guy what her name was. And I’ll never forget it. I threw my sandwich away and skipping dinner. You have got to know your employee is like this and still have her working. I tell her I'm interested in the BLT sandwich to which she replies that I'll have to wait behind those other two gentlemen since they were waiting first.
