I am in awe. I purchased a then state of the art television in 2016. My 3 year store and one year manufacturer warranty fan out long ago. Eight years later the break-out box decided to stop working. I stopped by the branch to see if they had any suggestions.
We looked up the model and found the part was almost $300, not to mention out of inventory. We did discuss options, including trade-in options towards new models and floor models. Very educational, informative and not "salesy."
In a last ditch effort, another employee suggested he "check the box." They went in the back and looked in their recycling bin of trade-ins to see if coincidentally someone recently came in with the same old tv...
The gods smiled upon me. IT WAS THERE! It was made clear no promises, but I couldn't believe my luck. I offered to buy them a coffee, but they declined. Giving a 5-star is the best offer they would accept.
I may not have made a purchase on this day, but you can bed your behind come one day I will be back. They saved me a couple hundred now, but that earned them good will today and a sale down the line!
And if you were curious, I plugged in the replacement cord and box and nothing happened. FUDGE! But happy ending, I tried my old cord with the replacement box and instantly I was back on!!!

Absolutely no pressure. Came in already knowing what tv I was getting if online price was store price. It was and he didn't try to push a more expensive tv on me. Told him eventually I would need two more tvs but not today just wanted to look. Had a second tv in mind but didn't want to spend a lot right then. After my looking he noticed I landed on a deeply discounted tv. It happened to be last one and what I was thinking would be best fit for requirements. He offered me yet more off the tv since I was buying the other and this was last one. Walked away with S95D 77" Samsung and QN90C 43", two wall mounts and 5 yr warenty and wall mounting service on 77" all for under the price of the 77" last time we saw it on sale at other places. Jason just wants to help people as needed and make sure they walk away with the best suited stuff for the needs they came in for at a fair price and make you a happy shopper.
