To start off, I love chili’s and come here at least once a week. The food is usually good (sometimes it’s cold when it comes out but only every once in a while) Last night however, I came with three of my friends and our waiter was just awful. The food was fine but our waiter is what pushed me to write this review. To start off, two of my friends are over 21 and when they asked for a drink he was very rude about it. One of them ordered a mango margarita but she said it tasted nothing like mango. When one of us accidentally spilled water, he saw it happen (I saw him looking at us) but then PURPOSELY turned around the other way and walked to the other side of tables to get to the kitchen to avoid us. So we sat there with a wet table for about 20 minutes before our food came out and another server (who was very kind) brought us our food. We wanted to order chips and salsa and because our waiter wouldn’t bother coming to our table, my boyfriend tried finishing his drink in hopes that our waiter would notice and come to our table. Another thing, while we were waiting for our food, he went to check on about 3-4 different tables of people who also didn’t have their food but then would completely ignore us. I’m not sure why he just chose to be rude to us but you could totally tell he was ignoring us. While we were eating, one of my friends said how this was one of the worst servers he had ever had and wasn’t tipping right as our server walked by and it was only then that our server came about every 3 seconds to make sure we had what we needed and started acting super nice. His whole demeanor changed and you could totally tell. My and my boyfriend still tipped because it was the right thing to do but he did not deserve it at all when he chose to treat his customers terribly for no reason at all. We still don’t understand why he was rude in the first place because we were all very kind and friendly when we sat down. I understand people have bad days but where he was nice to his other tables but not us...that’s just unprofessional. I have worked in the food industry and my boyfriend is actually a manager of a restaurant and this is no way to treat your customers when you are a server. Read more(MAY 9TH, 7:00 PM) Walked in, got put on the waiting list for a party of 6. Our wait was 20 to 25 minutes, which was totally fine. We go back outside to wait for the rest of our party to arrive and to wait for our table. After everyone arrives, it's been 26 minutes. We figure we will go inside and wait the rest of the time since it can't be long now. We followed in a party of 5, who had just arrived. They get put on the list and sit down. We go to occupy the last bench and our party is told to go stand outside in the cold until our table is ready because of "covid restrictions", just ignoring the fact that they have a whole bench we could have sat and waited on. Mind you, when I put our name on the list they didn't seem to concerned about Sarah that went in and sat down in a bench with her daughter without a mask on despite the sign on the front door. We get sat, squished less than 3 feet from the table next to us. Now, if it was up to me the restrictions wouldn't be in place anymore and things would be back to normal because our state has lifted all of them. If you're going to kick our party of 6 out after allowing people in without masks, allow a party of 5 to sit and wait in the lobby, THEN you're going to place tables so close together that social distancing isn't followed, then it sure seems like you're just trying to be rude to us as the rest of the policies clearly didn't apply anywhere else. So to the hostess in glasses, thanks for your (lack of) hospitality. Left a SUPER good impression of you and this location. After we got our food, my husband asked for steak sauce and it was never brought to him. But the microwaved food was at least hot. All I'm saying is that this never would've happened...

When we placed our order the item my wife wanted was simple. ( It was a steak something) after the waitress placed our order she came back saying that she couldn't do that but it came with 2 sides so my wife got 2 sides. Then 10 mins later she come back again saying she can't do those sides. So we change the sides. 10 mins later a different person comes over and says we can't do that either. So my wife asked for a menu to get something else. During this time my food and my daughter's food comes out. We say we don't want it yet we will wait for my wife to get hers. (That means our food is now placed under the heating lights and getting cold) someone finally gets my wife's new order and we wait another 20 mins for it to come out. We finally all get out food. My sandwich is soggy, cold and not good. Because it's been under a heating lamp for 20-30 mins now. The manger keeps looking at us knowing we have had issues and have been waiting. He DOES NOT come to see what is going on (but has time to stop at our table to make small talk) at the end nothing was comped our even offered a discount ( not that it matters but the gesture is always nice) in all we had to wait over an hour to get everyone's food and order 4 different times.
