Juice 'n Java — Restaurant in Orem

Lately I have had mixed feelings about this location. I love juice and java it is one of my favorite coffee spots. Amazing coffee and wonderful vibes. However lately the wait is a little extra long. Today i went there and there was one car in the drive thru and no one inside and so i went inside because yhe drive thru was taking a moment. It took a few minutes for someone to even notice i was up front. Then a shorter girl with dark hair wesring black and white came out and helped me. She was polite and then started my drinks. I stood up front while i could hear her in the back talking and was waiting for ten minutes before i just left without them because i had to be to work. It shouldnt have taken as long as it was to make two drinks when there were clearly two workers and not another customer in sight. This is not the first time iver experienced this in the last few visits i have made. I understand your coffee spot is mostly consider a ralaxing spot to sit but there should still be a limit on wait time for customer service. Especially...

Every time I go to juice n java someone working has some off put mood that just rubs me the wrong way... let me explain.

Ok, you don't want to be peppy, I get it, its work and it sucks. I don't even care if you're in a bad mood... but don't give me this whole not even acknowledge me garbage. It's like 90% of the time there's some alternating mega-hipster behind the counter and I'm just "not up to his / her standards" and they can smell it on me or something. I'm just a normal dude who like coffee, is that a prerequisite for never ever getting polite service / acknowledgement? Apparently so.

On the side note: There is one really nice girl who works there who is the only person who actually seems to know how to act in a service job. Thank you nice girl, you're the only one who actually deserves a tip. Also, I do enjoy the coffee...but it comes at a price. The girl who is 5 foot 10 inches with the petite frame and dark hair is a valley girl who has a boyfriend who comes in and acts like he is the cock of the roost.
