I will likely not be returning to this Chipotle location due to repeated concerns over cleanliness and poor customer service.
Shortly after this location first opened, I walked in but immediately walked back out after noticing how unsanitary the kitchen appeared. What solidified my decision was witnessing an employee, who seemed to have a cold, wipe his runny nose on his sleeve while serving food. It was so unappealing that I avoided this location for several years.
Recently, I decided to give it another chance, hoping conditions had improved. On my first visit back, the kitchen appeared cleaner, so I purchased food. After a second visit, I considered the location had perhaps turned around. However, during my third visit, I walked in to find an employee sweeping the floor while all the food remained uncovered. I was so put off that I left without ordering.
Today, I made the mistake of giving this location yet another try. The employee who served me was wearing an apron that appeared dirty. As she placed the bowls on the counter, she leaned over, causing her apron to dip into the bowl I was about to be served. Politely, I asked for a new bowl and explained why. When another employee asked what the issue was, I calmly reiterated the situation. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he responded with an attitude, stating that aprons are used to keep their clothes clean. While that may be true, it does not justify allowing a dirty apron to come into contact with food. I once again asked if I could receive a fresh bowl. Rather than responding, he turned away, continued serving other customers, and ignored me entirely.
At that point, I simply walked out without purchasing anything. The service at this location is consistently subpar, and the lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable. Given these repeated experiences, I have no intention...
Read moreI actually read a couple reviews and decided that I’d go in store since it looked like most bad reviews were some type of mobile order. I go in and I’m the only person in line with like 15 employees, I was standing there a while before someone finally came over. One employee started my order and another came to assist. Both were talking to me at the same time, but We all did our best it was going smoothly. Reach the end, pay, fill up my drink and finally leave. I’m outside when an employee comes outside telling me they forgot one of my bowls and she’ll be right back. I wanted to go back in but had just buckled my daughter, then I thought to check the receipt to make sure I paid for the second bowl. I wasnt charged so I grabbed my daughter and went inside to pay, thanked the cashier for even stopping me when I could’ve checked the bag before leaving. The cashiers attitude was as if I was berating her when I just said but hey whatever no biggie. Now all of this alone, I wouldn’t have come and made a review about I mean it happens I guess. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on the app on Wednesday. A coworker ordered the weekend it opened and said everything was so burnt but I figured I would give it a try.. The pickup was quick but the food was horrible. After the second bite, I tasted something sour. I tried another bite and almost vomited from the horrible taste. I started moving things around and noticed the guacamole was completely brown, mushy and had a sour taste! Within 30 mins I was in the bathroom. Usually the guacamole is on top which I wouldn't have eaten if I could see it but it was hidden under the lettuce, cheese and sour cream.
I tried calling the store, nobody picked up. I ended up getting a hold of corporate and the gentleman I spoke too made every excuse in the book..."avocados can oxidize", "maybe it's too acidic from the limes", "norovirus doesn't start in a few mins"...horrible customer service from corporate!! These avocados should have never even made it into the guacamole period. I wanted to make him aware of the bad quality of food which is being served as I would hate for others to get sick.
