DO NOT I repeat DO NOT visit Sky Zone in Orland Park IL Your child is not safe. The equipment is not safe. The management and staff do not care about the patrons that spend their hard earned money there. My two year old nephew fell through a huge gaping whole and hit his head in one of their basketball trampolines at Sky Zone Orland Park, IL. The establishment attempted to place a flimsy blue piece of foam that looked like a toy raft over the whole... After the child fell through, his mother NOT the staff had to jump over a ledge under the trampoline and retrieve her screaming child because staff were untrained and too slow. Management showed little to no concern. The mother had to call fire department on her own even though there was clearly a visible knot on his head. No one knew the proper procedures to take. In addition to the lack of care, the customer service was also terrible. Sky Zone Orland Park, IL refused to give a copy of the incident report and proceeded to make my group feel like we were at fault. They were tryna cover themselves. NO GOOD.. Why are they still open. They have so many negative reviews. DO NOT ATTEND, DO NOT SUPPORT, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE Skyzone Orlandpark INSTEAD Let's keep these babies safe by making this go viral! Please share

So a cpl years back we had a terrible experience. BUT THIS TIME, was absolutely amazing!! There were no crowds, the place was clean, the staff was really nice. Everyone raved about the pizza! They must have remodeled because I read some of the reviews and it didnt look anything like some of the past picture reviews. We went at 1:30 on a Sunday July 24th. A ten out of ten. It's a bummer the wall climbing thing is down but the kids honestly didn't even notice. We had an absolute blast and I would recommend anyone to have a kids birthday party here. Everyone should also keep in mind that it probably takes alot to keep these places clean and pristine when you have parents that allow their children to destroy equipment. If everyone worked together as a community to keep things nice then it would stay nice... As we were leaving we did see the police officers checking things out but if you aren't doing anything wrong that shouldn't bother you. It made me feel even more comfortable that they have taken the steps to be better. Amazing job improving the establishment. We will definitely be back and be spreading the word. Thank you for having such a fun place for kids to get their energy out in. "Hope to see you soon" šŸ˜‰

Moving MORE to stay alive in 25' is one of my goals for the year. When the activity is FUN, and your best friend joins you, it feels effortless. Found out that Sky Zone opens at 9a, so choosing this experience was a no-brainer. Registration was pretty easy after signing the waivers. I read online that non-slip socks were mandatory, so l grabbed a pair from pilates. Absolutely unacceptable! You must purchase Sky Zone socks as there is a matter of liability. Oh well, I tried. Started out stuffing winter gear into a shared locker, took a few pictures and headed to the basketball court. My dunking and lay-up skills were awesome! Of course, it helped A LOT that there was bounce. Lol. Moved to a smaller adjacent court with even more bounce! On to the free-form trampoline for a test of skills and height challenges. So much fun! Although, my legs are a little wobbly, why not continue to push myself and try the Warrior Course. Talk about a beat down, I fell and fell some more. Laughing to the bottom of the foam. I couldn't seem to get out of it. Well, total body work out, complete! Slept like a baby too. Going back next week. Can't wait!

This place is not worth the time or money.

The party packages are too expensive and you get 1 and 2 hours of play time.

The party check-in section has a little girl there trying to accommodate unlimited guests. Everyone you ask a question points to the little girl at the counter. This check-in section is supposed to have at least two people there at all times, keeping that party traffic under control. It's a party check-in area, which means people are going to come in in packs, like we did.

They give you some cart to put all your gifts, balloons, bags, purses, etc., on, and they have it sitting there in the opening so any Joe blow can steal them.

There is no one directing party guests and walk-in guest's to the right direction when they come in. Where was the line for people who paid already and the line for people that's waking in?

They have 10 people in the play area making sure everyone paid to get in, but only 1 person at the front counter trying to check in unlimited guests.

By the time you get checked in, it's already 20, 30, or 40 minutes into your play time, but you paid for two hours of play time, so you only have 1 hour and 30, 40, or 20 minutes remaining.

Our party was over at 2:15 pm they were in there at 1:45 pm trying to put us out. Why are you booking in increments of 15? Just book by the hour.

They had the next crew of people that booked standing in front of the doors looking and waiting on us to leave like we were there trespassing, basically saying hurry and get out. Why did you tell the next crew to stand in front of the doors and our party was not over yet?

No manager or customer relations individual came to introduce themselves to me, the person that spent all the money. Who was in charge at this place? The little girl at the counter? Where was the store manager?

The pizza is horrible. Little ceasers are 100 times better for $5. One of their pizzas cost $25. Ridiculous.

There were no party utensils to eat with. How are you going to cut cake or eat ice cream? The price didn't include plastic forks, knives, and spoons? Where was the spatula to distribute the pizza? Just let everyone touch and pick over the pizza with dirty hands? Where was the hand sanitizer or sanitizer wipes?

I can go on and on, this place is HORRIBLE, we didn't get our money's worth. I spent $500, and my guests spent around $250 because the $500 package is not enough to accommodate the people for the package. You will have to buy something extra. So, $750 at this place, and we received $0 worth of service, $0 worth of play time, and $0 worth of food. A waste of $750.

We will never be back. They get zero stars. I was not satisfied...

If i can rate this location a ZERO i absolutely would. I booked my sons 4th birthday party here with 15 children. The check in process with my guests was decent, it was when i got my party room when everything went to garbage. I was told i had access to my party room at 6:45pm. At around 6:40 my cart w my sons gifts and decorations were still sitting in the front after they had informed me it would be brought up and my room will be decorated with the decor i brought. I go up to my room at 6:45pm just to find it a complete mess from the previos party. Garbage everywhere, i immediately began to clean up. I set my own decorations for my sons party myself. I was also placed in the smallest room possible with a sign in the walk that said capacity for 15 jumpers and 6 non jumpers. When my party was 15 jumpers plus there parents obviously! My soda pitchers didnt come out until the very end. Absolutely no utensils or supplies in the cabinets. No forks, no napkins. When i asked my host for spatula for pizza host ari stared ā€œthere all dirty right now, i’ll see if i can bring some upā€ Nothing was set up as stated when booking. My adult guests were crammed trying to find room to stand. The thing that upset me the most about this horrible party experience was i asked my host to please help me with my sons birthday banner, all you had to do was loop the strung through the hole, and hang it up. she stated she would do that for me. About 15 mins later i seen my childs bday banner thrown on the table. Host never put it together, never even bothered to tell me she couldn’t do it for w.e reason. I asked to speak to management and absolutely nothing was done. He heard me out and the host even admit to management that she couldn’t figure out how to put the banner together so she didn’t do it. Literally. I am writing this review so all parents can honestly know my experience with my sons party here.the money i spent was not worth the experience . On the website it stated hassle free party for parents, host take care of everything which is completely false advertising. Not to me the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Horrible experience at this location and will not be returning not recommending this place to anyone. I have responded to there interview asking me how my experience was and have been waiting for a call bacj and it has been 1 week already with no call from GM, i have requested to speak to headquarters as well and still no reply. I will assume management is as horrible as my sons birthday experience was....

I haven’t been to Sky Zone in years. I went this morning for a birthday party and I was not hugely impressed. The facility was nice and clean. The manager on duty opening shift was very nice.

About half way through things went left. One of the children from our party was injured while jumping which resulted in an ambulance visit and now the child was transported to the ER. When we asked for a copy of an incident report or any documentation, the facility was unable to provide that. Which I thought could’ve went differently.

From that point on, I ordered food from concessions at almost $17 for one meal. The teen working concessions told me come back in 10mins. When I retuned about 13 minutes later and they said it’s too busy, come back. I returned 10mins beyond that, still nothing. I believe the concessions were understaffed and the poor kid working had no nobody to help him. It was hard to hold it against him although as a consumer, this was ridiculous.

I gave my receipt to our party host upstairs at 1:54 that had a 1:19 timestamp on it. She went down and came back up and said they can make it now. Although our party was now over and this is now over 30mins later for a single order. When I asked for a refund, the host returned and asked if I had attempted to go get the food and I said yes I did and multiple times and the kid working at concessions was aware of this.

I never got a response upstairs if there was a refund processed or anything. So on my way out, I went to the manager stand to try to get to the bottom of it. I began by complimenting the original opening manager for trying to help but then began to discuss how I was unpleased with the whole thing. I believe her tag said Assistant GM Alyssa, I’m not sure. She was not apologetic and stated she was not here and the refund was processed. There was like no apology in behalf of the staff or nothing.

I personally will never be returning to this location. For a Saturday morning rush, it was completely unorganized and short staffed by a bunch of...
