Food- edible, mid at best

Atmosphere- also mediocre. It gives off a to-go vibe and isn’t too welcoming to those dining in.

Service-0/5 stars. Absolutely terrible

For starters, I want to make it known that we will never be coming back to any Smashburger, but especially this location ever again. This was the worst restaurant/food experience I have had in some time. The service in general was poor because we ordered our food as dine in and they gave us a burger with fries for us to watch another person in our group eat almost immediately after we sat down. 25 minutes later our wings came out. We were still waiting on the burger I ordered. When we inquired about the burger we were missing we were met with a very unprofessional “woman” with an attitude. Clearly wasn’t trained in any way with customer service or how to handle any basic restaurant concerns. It turns out the guy that took our order didn’t charge us for our second burger that we ordered. A simple mistake however we weren’t given a receipt so we wouldn’t know that. Instead, we kept looking at where they were putting the orders to see when our burger was up the entire time. Once we inquired about the burger and got a receipt to see that he hadn’t charged us, the already aggressive and dismissive woman, met me with even more attitude. She is the sole reason why we would never come back. This is the representation of Smashburger as a whole that we will always have. The face of this new restaurant in our city is one of an aggressive and unprofessional woman with an attitude. She is the woman pictured over the fryer without a hairnet. Another unprofessional sight that we witnessed. Because of this, we won’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here ever. Our total was $60 and I tipped making it around $66 for us getting no service and an absolute terrible experience in the end for two orders of 6 wings and one burger with three sides of fries. Take your money and do business elsewhere and go somewhere where the company values the full experience of its customers. Based on my experience and so many others, it is clear that this location needs a lot of help. And it starts with the people that are employed there, they are all not trained in Customer Service. My recommendation would be to get an entirely new staff and training them properly. 0/5...

This location just opened today (12/9) and I’ve never been to a smashburger location so I didn’t know what to expect but the building caught my eye a few months ago and I checked the restaurant out online and their menu looked pretty good so I was excited to try them out. To be honest, I was a little nervous about checking them out on opening day as I know how busy places can get and the hiccups that do and can occur on day 1 (that’s to be expected though). I went around 11:30ish and was actually surprised I was able to walk right up to the counter and order. They sell burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes. There were people in there eating but it wasn’t wrapped around the building busy but maybe I got lucky and just happened to go at the right time before the mad rush. Every single employee I was in contact with was very nice including I think he was the manager and/or owner. I ordered a spicy chicken Baja with Guacamole crispy chicken sandwich, fry and a chocolate shake. Again, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It did take a little while to get my food. I wouldn’t recommend if your on a lunch break to not try it at that moment maybe wait until you have more time as I waited close to 30 minutes. Again, opening day and I expected there to be a wait. The shake took the longest to get. I think the girl behind the counter working the machine was having a hard time with it but again, I brought my patience with me lol. Was my experience worth the wait? YES!! I got home and I didn’t realize how big the chicken sandwich was (but for the price I’m glad it was). The sandwich was great! Fries were good and the shake was excellent! The shake was made exactly how I like them. It was that perfect thick consistency along whip cream on top.

My only suggestion is please require employees to wear belts. Being in the restaurant industry customers don’t want to see someone’s brand of underwear or color.

Overall experience was very good! I felt like their customer service was right there next to Chik Fil A type customer service. If they continue to have good food and good. customer service I will...

⚠️ It’s CHAOTIME ⚠️

Was feeling lazy this past Sunday afternoon and decided to Uber Eats a burger and fries from Smashburger. Been meaning to try this place for a good while now!

We ordered two Spicy Jalapeño Smash Burgers with red onions as an add-on and a regular-sized Smashfries to share. Ordered arrived nice and hot.

Unwrapping the burger made me feel like a kid at Christmas opening his present. The burger looked so so good. I’m personally a SUCKER for jalapeños, so this burger has me entranced before I even had my first bite. The smell of the grilled jalapeños was inviting me to the taste party. And they do not play—they LOADED our burgers up with them peppers. First bite: 😤😤😩😩💥💥. The crispy yet juicy smash patty, the flavorful jalapeños, the crunch of the onions, and the spicy chipotle ranch sauce all hugged between two soft buttery buns…. 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼. This was the best burger I’ve had in a WHILE. Only critique: just needed more of that chipotle ranch and it would’ve been perfect.

The fries! Interesting flavor—rosemary and olive oil are not the first ingredients I would think of when seasoning fries, but they make it work!! So addictive. Tasted fresh. I like my fries slightly crispy on the outside with a soft pillowy interior, so these were right up my alley.

Definitely check this place out guys. I can’t speak for their original burger, but if you are craving jalapeños in burger form, this is it.
