I've been to a bunch of different Culver's restaurants and have to say that this one has THE WORST service out of any restaurant I've ever been to. We ordered two meals, one for my wife, and one for me. I ordered a very simple meal, yet they forgot my fries. No big deal normally... but they asked to SEE the receipt when I had literally just ordered it(dine-in) less than 5 minutes before. I wasn't completely upset at this point, yet. My wife took a bite of her burger then she removed the bun to notice there was NO BACON on it. I brought the food up to the cashier and told her we ordered it with bacon. She seemed to either not believe me, or not care, but told me she'd bring us a "free" side of bacon after it had been prepared. Kinda funny it's considered "free" when we already paid for it, huh? 10 or so minutes passed and she never came back with the bacon. My wife just decided to eat the burger because she was already hungry and waiting. Then, the same cashier came and sat in the seats behind us, and noticed it was me and said "did anyone bring your bacon?!?!". I replied, no, they didn't, and then she asked if we still wanted it. My wife replied no thank you and she apologized. Upon going to the front and asking for the Manager, I noticed many of the employees(cooks) were just flirting and talking to the girls up front rather than pay attention to their job. I actually SAW the manager eating fries while he was working, (Better Business Bureau should like this report?) I was so upset that I just decided to leave instead of complaining to the clearly unqualified manager. My whole point is this...if you have constant customers, and make a lot of profit daily, why would you hire people who clearly don't care about their job? I'm sure there are plenty of hard-working and honest people who would love to have ANY job. I'd NEVER go back there again, I don't advise anyone to. Take the extra 10 minutes to go to Bridgeview or Tinley Park's Culvers, the one in Orland on 159th street is horrible. Yah these people say that they don't cook pork with other fried things and thank this worker he said yes we do and the manager keeps disagreeing. I won't come back horrible and they forgot my fries like...
Read moreMy brother went through the drive-through to receive our order which consisted of what I thought were two value baskets and a 2 piece chicken tender. When we were going through the order we realized he was missing his burger, and what I thought was the entire value basket. We called the store to immediately be met with a worker who couldn't be bothered to help us. She then proceeded to interrogate us about our order, when we left, and kept us on hold for over 10 minutes. She then proceeded to tell us they need to CHECK THE CAMERAS to confirm that it was missing, which took another 8 minutes. Finally they concluded their investigation and deduced that the burger was missing from the value basket (I realized my mistake of the entire value basket being missing but we were still missing the main portion of the meal). I have never had a business INTERROGATE their customers to check that they were missing their items, especially a place that has been consistently forgetting items over the past three weeks. I will not be returning to this establishment, and their horrible manager, Ahmad, did not try to rectify...
Read moreOn Sunday, my daughter stopped for a hamburger. She was very specific about her order due to the fact that she has multiple food allergies that severely impact her life. She placed her order carefully repeating multiple times no.cheese. Because she had an appointment, she planned on eating in the car, As she prepared to take a bite of her burger, she quickly noticed there was cheese. As a result, she had to return to the restaurant to reoorder. Instead of being apologetic about an issue that could have resulted in a hospital visit, she was treated rudely by the person who placed this order and mocked when she explained how serious this was and why she specifically said multiple times no cheese. No apology was issued and because she had to wait for a new order, she was late for her appointment. As a longtime Culver customer, it is very disheartening to be treated in such a manner. No one in our family will give this restaurant any more of our business. You can and should do better. Food allergies are no joke and when you make a mistake, you should rectify it rather ghan being insulting to your...
