I will not be back due to the behavior and attitude of the owner who refused to rectify an issue with my order. I got 3 hibachi bowls, 2 with steak and chicken. My steak was supposed to be medium, but they overcooked it and it made it well done. When I called them about it, the manager said they could remake the food and I didn't have to bring the food back; however, when I got there, the manager had left and the owner refused to remake my food, only remaking the steak because I didn't bring back the food. Even when I told him his manager told me not to bring back the food, because I asked her if she needed me to, he still refused to make over my order, citing the costs of remaking some noodles and rice that come with the hibachi trays. I had to drive 40 minutes to get back out there only for the owner to be inconsiderate and rude after I spent $80 at this establishment. The other employees even called the manager in front of the owner and she confirmed what she told me about not having to bring back the food, but he still refused to honor what HIS employee said. That's terrible customer service, and I was a long time customer of this location, but not anymore. I'd leave zero stars if I could, solely due to the actions of this owner. Read moreI went to go order a Poké Bros, I have been here many times before but this is my last. I came in a had to wait for the food to be restocked instead of my order being taken. I ordered a bowl with white rice (barely a scoop was portioned). I received less than a inch of crab sticks that are an extra charge. When I asked for a bit more to be added. I was told I would have to pay double. I asked for easy soy sauce and got too much that the less than half full bowl was too salty to eat. I paid $17 for a less than half bowl of food. I attempted to pay for the order and half way through the order, the manager kept hitting the same button causing the machine to shut down and need to be rebooted. I showed I was charged iny apple wallet and but the manager insisted I had to pay again and if I see I’m charged twice I would have to come back in the store to get my money back. I asked who the owner was and received a response of he’s never around. I’m the manager so you’ll just have to deal with me, Nancy.

Read moreI have eaten here several times . My complaint is about the costumer service and the manager Wednesday Oct 16 at 6:12 pm At the Orland Park Location . IL . I don’t have a name. I’ve never called in to complain for things missing in my order in the past here (because usually w/take out some things get over looked, not a huge deal) HOWEVER, this time my shrimp poke bowl smelled funny and being a huge fish eater I know bad shrimp when I smell it . My husband called to see if we could return the un eaten bowl and get something different. This manager proceeded to give a full lecture that it wasn’t possible and to try the shrimp and eat it. We said no because we didn’t want to get sick and was there another solution. She was rude raised her voice and said no. There wasn’t an ounce of concern coming from this human… Sadly we ended up spending a total of $60 for 3 people and one meal was completely un edible with no solution from management. …………………………… Note to the owner from another franchise owner : a good manager keeps business coming in and knows how to problem solve....
