I work down the street from this location and it is the fastest and least expensive option, but after the constant bad customer service in the store and even through the drive-thru, I refuse to visit this location anymore. Today was the last straw. I would much rather drive twice the distance and spend the extra money to go to the starbucks down on East Colonial. The coffee at this location is consistently made wrong or taste like it has been sitting in the pot for hours. The staff has NEVER been professional in the year and a half that I have visited this location. Today was just the icing on the cake, the staff did not wear masks properly or at all, someones barefoot unmasked child was in the kitchen area wandering around touching god knows what, and there was some random individual who was not a paying customer sitting with his bare feet propped up on one of the tables. This location has a history of random people sitting in the dining area whom don't even order anything, as if its just a hang out spot. The staff today were especially unprofessional and literally yelling at each other. I cant express how many times I have seen employees here speaking and behaving inappropriately amongst themselves, hell I didn't even know that sagging jeans and showing your underwear was a part of Dunkin donuts uniform policy! Just simply avoid this location, the coffee is not worth the money you will spend and time you will waste repeating your order...
Read moreSome heavy set Lady at the the drive through is horrible at speaking to guest! I had an online order and the employee proceeded to ask what was on the ticket and I started naming the items. The manager I’m assuming cuts me off and says all I need to know is if you had a drink or not and I said no and she says that’s all I need pull forward. I got to the window and I asked for ketchup and she says everything is in the bag and flings her hand up at me and tells me to go. I get half way Around the corner only to realize she never put my donuts in the bag so I had to turn back around and I tried to explain to her that I was missing two donuts and yet again she cuts me off stating that she doesn’t know if I order donuts it doesn’t tell her that on their screen. Keep in mind the other employee asked me specifically what did I have on my ticket that I ordered and the manager came and cut her off to rush me out of line. Instead of her actually taking the time to listen to what I had on my ticket and give them my correct order she just continuously cut me and her employees off and tries to rush me through the line. Read moreI’m sorry but my experience with this location was awful. First, it took us about 40 minutes to get our food when we ordered inside. Second, the employees were taking forever to get the food out. I understand that the location was short staffed but almost 40 mins when we ordered inside? Some customers got the wrong food. Some customers were asking for refunds. Third, the employees kept saying next time order through the drive-through it be faster but it made us feel like we weren’t important the people inside. But what happened if all of us did do the drive-though? I felt like it would have been the same wait. I saw the look of one of the employees ready to walk out. Lastly I’m sorry again but the manager didn’t dressed like a manager and when customers asked where’s the manager he barely came up to us to give us answers.
