Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orlando

I love eating at dunkin but this location is one of the most unorganized locations I’ve ever been to. All the employees are teenagers that seem to hate their job. Specifically one employee called Sonia, she was giving attitude and stank faces. I went in with my family to order and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I someone walked close which happened to be her and asked is there anyone taking orders inside. She said we’re busy rn so you’re going to have to wait. Another 5 minutes pass and another employee attends us. She didn’t apologize for the wait or anything, we order a chorizo wrap and all she did was shake her head no and my husband and I looked at each other cluelessly because why on earth would someone thing it’s acceptable to just shake your head at a customer like it’s an answer. So I asked her do you not have it? And than she explained it’s sold out. We ordered our food and proceeded to order drinks we asked for 2 small cups of water when we were giving our drinks they gave us large cups so my husband politely asked if we could get small instead and Sonia gave a dirty face with attitude and said y’all don’t want these? So I proceeded with we asked for small cups because we have small children so he asked if you could switch it for small cups. And she rolled her eyes and said okay. We waited another 15 minutes in store and the line is now 8 people long waiting for someone to take orders everyone running around like headless chickens including the manager except one person the guy at the drive thru window was just staring at everyone not helping his co workers, even stood on his phone for a bit. We finally got our food and was missing 2 items, my husband was so annoyed that he said forget about it and we all left. I don’t know if this is a cooperate location or franchise but it is literally the worst. And that low considering this...

For the past week from 11th of August to today August 19th. I will order my drink for pick up either inside or drivethur by 402am and the store will be close doors too. No lights on mean while my order has done been approved and store says open on the online if it wasnt it wouldnt go through. But noone their but the baker . As of this morning I had to wait for 1 whole hour to get my coffee made ordered at 410am noone their came back 5am as someone was finally there. I did drive around wonder what in the heck is going on when store says open at 4 but in reality noone opening it until 5am. Then the other morning as well I walked inside store as my mobile order went thur its 405am this worker said to me were close until 5 then I said no my drink as been order and approved which is now beeping on machine . Told her it says 4am you open she didnt know what to say to me. And me not trying to rude but I said you need to look at your window and times as it say in big bold now open 4am. Thank done complaining , as these new workers need to get it together, as im not the only one who has waited and...

We hit this location around 5pm. Needed a caffeine boast from coffee to drive for several hours back home. I could understand the lack of food options being late in the day. But the worker seemed confused we would possibly want hot coffee. Then when we paid for the coffee, food and hot chocolate for my son she acted like it was odd to want hot coffee. We even tipped despite the service. But then we got to the coffee we received. It was the worst ever! If you didn't have hot coffee say that! It was barely coffee flavored water! If you said you didn't have it we could have made other arrangements. We got giant nasty hot water! Did not do wonders for the drive after a very long day. I was out for a specialist doctor for my son. Several hours of driving before and after plus the long appointment. Had planned on this being a pick me up before driving in the middle of nowhere for hours. Plus a treat for him. It was a terrible experience! Other locations are so much better.
