I visited this place a couple months back it was a complete nightmare I went in for breakfast and walked out of there with a broken phone and humiliated. They had a a code that was used to get into the bathroom needless to say I went for breakfast afterwards I proceeded to use the restroom manager walked me over and said this is the code in case you need it again while you're here I said fine thank you 5 minutes into my bathroom experience his employee opens the door on me and screams and slams the door breaking my my phone that was in my bag hanging off the door there was no place to hang it so I hung it on the door knob after that humiliating encounter with the employee and the rest of the patrons that were standing outside of the door I compose myself and sat back down on the toilet to finish what I had started and 2 seconds later a customer open the door again on me same experience try to get up but I am handicapped I cannot walk without a cane but it was difficult for me to cover my private areas and try to close the door to avoid others from seeing me naked after this happened I talked to the manager he said to me after I stated why he wasn't keeping track and why he was giving everyone this code he said he wasn't paying attention and he should be paying more attention I didn't realize that my phone was broken until I left the store because I went to make a phone call to a friend I was so disturbed about the situation I felt so humiliated I later tried to contact the store manager some Christina and some other person that they did not care about my broken phone I could not work for weeks because my phone was shattered the screen I rely on this phone I am an independent contractor who works for several applications I work for these applications because I can't keep a steady job because of my disability they ruined my life they owe me money for the phone they won't pay for it and they do not want to do anything for my humiliation either I've never been so embarrassed in my life. Random strangers saw me naked my life is hard as it is already I have to be subjected to this humiliation and they literally just turned their backs on me and did not want to pay for my phone or compensate me for my inconvenience and humiliation I have recently talked to channel 6 news and we are going to try get my story out Hermosa contacting several other agencies and I will be standing out there protesting with friends and family I do not understand why these people have neglected their responsibility and why they are treating me like such an insignificant attitude. Read moreLast week, I visited this store at about 2:30PM. I went inside instead of the drive thru. I waited a couple minutes at the front while I saw one lady handling drive thru and another apparently doing some food prep. Eventually, I asked the food prepping woman if anyone was working the front. She goes “Yeah, I just didn’t know you were there.” No apology or anything. Her name is Jana.
Then, we get to the register and I order as I normally would “can I have a medium iced mocha latte?” I could see on the register that she had rung up a macchiato. She asked me what flavor I wanted (even though I had stated it initially) but I wanted to correct the drink first. I said “it was an iced latte, not a macchiato.” She gets an attitude with me and says “okay, but latte isn’t a flavor.” I said “I’m aware, but you rung in macchiato and I said latte because those are $2 right now.” (2-6pm $2 latte promo right now). So she struggles to ring up an iced latte and I guess she still forgot to include the flavoring of mocha. The manager, I think her name was Sara, ended up making my iced latte but there wasn’t any flavor in it. I said “I’m sorry but I ordered mocha.” Jana literally screams from the back “I asked her what flavor and she just said latte!”
How dare she continuously blame the customer when she was in the wrong THREE times. I said my medium iced mocha latte twice and she still couldn’t get it right and continuously got an attitude with me. This woman needs to not be in a customer facing job when she can’t handle a basic order without sass. Honestly I live less than a mile from this location, but always have problems. I willingly drive further away to go to the location near Curry Ford or down in Edgewood because they’re just so bad here. Read moreSo this dunkin used to be well put together. Their doughnuts were fresh. Their coffee was amazing. Occasionally their cold brew was fresh and tasted crisp. Customer service used to be decent. However, for the past couple months the food is unpleasant. It's half prepared if at all. I found mold stuck in between my ice in my coffee. So I stopped eating their food, and only ordering their iced coffee without ice if I'm too busy to drive to the dunkin by pine castle. Today my mother went to order my coffee with her doughnut. The spanish lady with red hair gave her ice in my coffee, so my mom asked her to remake it without the ice. She gave my mom an attitude. When my mom asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager. My mom ask to speak to the owner and she said she doesn't have the owners name or number. So my mom asked for a receipt, and the lady reminded my mom she stated she didn't need a receipt when she originally paid, so my mom asked for a refund and she told my mom she couldn't do that without a receipt. My mom asked for the store number and the lady stated she didn't know that information either. My mother came home upset about the customer service, and I told her it makes sense. I've been on edge of no longer going to this dunkin for a moment. The chunky old white lady is always cussing at the old white gentleman in the back when I usually go through the drive through. He tosses the food at her and they always have a terrible attitude. The black homosexual looking chick never says hi, nor looks at you when you're talking to her. Only person polite is the homosexual looking Spanish guy. He's a gem to be surrounded by so much negativity. They touch money and then touch the food at the drive through. This place wild to me.
