I am adding to my original review bc they definitely tried to make it right. Gustavo reached out to me the same day I emailed them my info. He was very apologetic about my experience and invited me in to come in and give them another try. He came and personally took my order when I came in and apologized again. I know mistakes happen, no situation is perfect, and he tried to make it right which meant a lot. My order that day was delicious and most importantly correct. Original post: I ordered through Uber along with a coworker yesterday. My meal had some problems. This unfortunately isn’t the first time. It’s been quite a while since I’ve ordered from there bc normally something is wrong with at least 1 persons meal. Normally there would be 4-5 of us ordering online. But I figured this time it’s only 2 meals, how can that get messed up? I was wrong. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with chips. I got fries instead of chips, like happens most of the time. I never complain about it bc it seems like what’s the point. This time I’m saying something bc not only was that wrong but whoever put cheese on the sandwich didn’t bother removing the paper from the cheese. Luckily bc of the way the cheese was sticking out of the bread I saw it before biting in to it. I tried to report on their website directly to avoid posting online but it kept saying there was an error and wouldn’t submit.
