Paris Nails — Attraction in Orlando

Honestly, I’m so upset , angry and annoyed at how I’ve been bamboozled by this nail salon once again. The first time I went to get a full set and the girl in the back played over my nails. I tried to have some grace and understanding because maybe she was new, but she was a little rude, which made me more upset with outcome. I took pictures, but this happened last year so I can’t find them. I spoke with Kim who I’m assuming is the manager and she let me know that I still have to pay for this service but the next time I come, she’ll give me a free fill. I agreed and came back to get my nails done by Kim. I wasn’t that impressed, but I wore the nails anyway. I knew after that second time that I would not come to get my nails done here again. I made the final decision today to go get my nails soaked off thinking there’s no way someone could mess up on removing nails. Boy was I wrong . Smh. Kim assisted me with soaking the nails off. She asked me if I wanted a manicure, but I remembered how I said I would never get my nails done here again so I declined. As she’s “finishing” soaking off my nails, I told her there is still acrylic on my fingers. She says no there is not but you can dip them back if you would like. So I did. Long story short … I still have acrylic on my nails and she did not even try to make them look decent. She barely buffed them and Left them very much scratched up and looking unhealthy. Obviously can’t come to this for salon for anything....

Horrible customer service service very money hungry. I came in to get my lashes down . I brought my own . When finished I went out side noticed lash wasn’t correct came back in and she fixed one side and proceeded with the other people and did not correct my left lash … she claimed due to me pushing them together that’s why it’s not on my lash correct .. wide so you can see the line of my lashes and skin . States I wanted my services for free .How when I paid I just wanted them corrected she yelled and there’s to call the cops . Instead of fixing or giving me my money back . This is not acceptable in anyway to call the cops when you raise your voice . Then a Black woman raises her voice she is trying to hurt you . Not what I wanted to experience but I wouldn’t recommend this...

Went in today and took my family to París nails shop…. because before I’ve come here and had a good experience …but today I went in and had the worst experience there nail tech Daniel very professional but everyone else was something else …..they over charge you and they are disrespectful they make you wait so much to do a horrible job they don’t follow directions and even if you have your own idea they do as they please ! Some nail tech charge differently from eachother and no set prices a full set of acrylic if 45 but they add 5 for design and more if it’s shape and gel so it never 45 dollars I ended up paying more in this place than any other nail salon …. So before coming here ask prices make sure there’s techs available and get ready for a long wait for a...
