The place is clean and big compared to other Jason's deli I been to. They have good food options for gluten free even cookies which is awesome however the customer service was poor. I told the girl 3 times no cheese on my daughters kids meal as we don't eat dairy, still had cheese on it. Paid extra for guacamole since they had no avocado slices and it had a tiny spoon on tin whole sandwich and was like $1 extra. Asked if the chips were gluten free took several employees to look at ot and say they think it is even though after finally asking to see the bag (it's the individual chip bags that come with kids meal) it says big bold black letters on in back saying gluten free smh. I was not told it would be extra for my daughter's sandwich of her kids meal to be gluten free, when i asked if their was option i could have gluten free she just said yes so i think it just would have been professional and polite to mention that so I know all these extras I'm getting charged with. They weren't very friendly or seem to have much knowledge of their own menu, didn't really smile or have any good customer service. So food wise it's fine but service wise and friendliness wise this location for my experience wasn't great. Also think its ridiculous it's almost $10 for a sanedwich that doesn't come with the drink, i recommend adults get the kids meals, it's good size and comes with a side and drink at least. Also wish tbey didn't charge extra for gluten free with the kids meals especially since I was opting out of the cheese, luckily were dairy free by choice and just lactose intolerant not allergic otherwise the fact that i mentioned no cheese three times and they still put cheese would of had to be sent back and a longer wait but i just took it off. If they improve their customer service and make their food more generous with the spreads and add one then would definitely give a ten cuz of the healthier and gluten free options and the place was very clean and looked nice. All in all I'd be back to take my daughter cuz not many places tjat offer gluten free sandwiches and gluten free dessert options on top of it and nitrate free meat etc š I've been to the location on colonial and that one was always great, busy but...

We arrived just an hour before closing, fully expecting the salad bar to be broken down and the usual rush to settle in. To our delight, we were treated to the complete opposite. The staff made us feel welcome, and we were able to take our time and enjoy the meal without feeling hurried.
Although there was a small issue with our food not being prepared quite right, the manager, Sarah, was incredibly responsive. She immediately addressed the mistake, and not only that, but she checked on us a few times throughout our meal to ensure everything was perfect. This level of customer service, especially so close to closing time, is truly rare and greatly appreciated. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, even when the clock is ticking down toward the end of the night.

Noon came and went and there was no food. There was no call from Jason's Deli. I called and the gentleman (and I use that word loosely) advised me he had made an attempt to call but was unsuccessful. This is not true because I have no missed calls on my wireless phone. He said my order was once there on the screen and then POOF it was magically gone!! Imagine that!!!! Well since he tried to call me once; I do not believe he thought it was necessary to call again. No matter that it is someone's lunch for the day. Don't worry about the individuals who placed the order at 0930 and expected it to show up between 1130-1200. They don't need to eat. The "gentleman" was unconcerned or as the children say: Unbothered. I will not order from this Jason's Deli again. I will discourage everyone in my office to order from this Jason's Deli.
