5-Star Review â Ashley is a True Gem!
Iâd like to highlight the exceptional service I consistently receive from Ashley at this UPS Store. She brings such a warm, welcoming energy to every customer interactionâitâs clear she truly cares about providing a great experience.
Ashleyâs conversational and listening skills are top-notch. She takes the time to understand your needs, answers questions with patience and clarity, and always makes you feel heard. Whether Iâm shipping a package or just asking for help, she handles every task with professionalism and a kind, personable touch.
I also want to recognize Carlos, the manager, for fostering such a positive environment. His leadership is evident in the way the team operatesâbut itâs Ashley who truly shines on the front lines.
Thank you, Ashley, for making every visit feel easy and pleasant. You are the heart of this store, and your excellent service does not go unnoticed!

Read moreI go in monthly to return a package (I am a subscriber to a clothing rental service) and I have to tell you, at least 50% of the time this place is not run efficiently at all. If youâre the only one in there, itâs fine. But let there be a line and itâs a mess. Last month when I was in there, there wasnât a line yet. Just one person getting help, 4 workers. You would think only one employee is needed to help this woman, but two began talking to each other, another was avoiding all eye contact with the line growing behind me and seemingly doing nothing, and another guy decided to answer the phone as the line got to be 10 people deep. Meanwhile I still hadnât been helped or acknowledged. The phone should always come last when you have a ton of customers standing in front of you. Not a single apology or âIâll be right with you.â It was actually insane.

Read moreI came flying into the UPS Store like a tornado on a missionâsweaty, panicked, and gripping a handful of last-minute Fatherâs Day cards like they were national secrets. Who comes to mail cards at 4:55pm on a Friday before Fatherâs Day? Me. Obviously me.
Enter: Parker, the absolute hero of this story.
While I was frantically mumbling something about missing the mail truck, Parker kept the calm of a zen monk and the speed of a caffeinated squirrel. Not only did Parker assure me we were gonna make it, but he also helped me pick the fastest shipping option, got everything labeled, stamped, and out the door like he was defusing a bomb on a timer.
I cannot stress this enoughâParker deserves a raise, a trophy, and maybe a parade.
If youâre ever in a last-minute crisis (emotional or postal), pray that Parker is on shift. The manâs got customer service superpowers. Five...
