Terrible experience!! I had ordered on their app around 8pm and was suppose to have it delivered by 8:40. The drivers are from DoorDash. I had two drivers that showed up because the first one was waiting for about 18mins. I check the status and noticed the driver left. Then, a second driver went to pick up my order. She was waiting for another 15mins. I had called the store to figure out whatās going on. They said they had given the driver the order. I couldnāt call the first driver because she left and second driver was assigned to pick up my order. I called the second driver because the time was already an hour. She told me theyāre making the order. I called back the location and told them she if there waiting for the order. They were out of the flavor I picked so the associate did offer for another flavor. She went ahead to make the order, but the second driver took off because of the wait. Since, I had no way of getting my order I called back to cancel my order and refund my order. The associate told me there is no manager to handle it. She offered to call and then told me I had to call DoorDash to get my refundā¦.what?! I ordered from the Jeremiahās appā¦not DoorDash. Then I was told to reach out to Jeremiah support. So, I the customer who paid for both services for Jeremiahās and DoorDash left me to do the dirty work to fight to get me money back. Itās ridiculous and I will not go back to this location. Itās frustrating that I couldnāt get any help. DoorDash will here...

She charged me twice 2 weeks ago telling me that something was wrong with the system and that I will āfor sureā get the credit back in 3-5 business days & to come back if there was any problem. I never got my money back. I went back to the store like she told me to, and showed her proof in my bank account that I didnāt get the money back. She tried telling me something was wrong with the system once again and played dumb. She also tried humiliating me in front of the other customers trying to make it look like I was in the wrong. After what seemed like hours of manipulation and belittling, she finally gave me my money back in cash.
To the owners of this store: beware of this lady. She said she would talk to the owner but I donāt think she ever did. If you want to talk to me about it...
