Ordered 2 orders or wings at 9:06 pm online. Estimated delivery time was 9:36. I called at 9:50 because it had not arrived and a gentleman answered. When I told him I was waiting on wings he said they were on their way without even asking my name. I asked how long and he said 10 minutes. Again I asked how he knew and he said he will call the driver and hung up on me. I called again at 10:35 and got another employee. She said she was going to check on my order. When she came back she said they were coming out of the over now because they were backed up on orders. I got very upset and told her that someone told me they were already on their way and I wanted to speak to a manager. She put me on hold again and came back and said the manager advised her to give me a full refund and send the wings out anyway. When I asked her to speak to the manager she said hold on and hung up on me. At that point someone came to my door and delivered 2 boxes of "wings". I asked him why it took 1 hour and he said he picked them up 7 minutes ago. He told me to call them if I had an issue and let them know. I told him that I understood it was not his fault. I opened the boxes and one of them had 12 tiny pieces of dried up popcorn chicken. The other one had 6 chicken wings and 2 boneless chicken wings. I called back and immediately asked for a manager. She told me that there was no manager and that she had spoken to her on the phone when I called earlier. I asked why all of the lies about the wings and she just told me that I ordered at 10:18. I asked her to speak to the gentleman that had lied to me earlier and she put him on the phone. He asked me what I wanted. When I asked why he lied to me he said that there were 2 orders of wings at the store and he figured one of them was mine. Then he said that they ran out of wings and that's why I did not get wings. I told him that he could have called and informed the customer of that instead of lying to me. He asked what I wanted. I told him it was too late, everyone went to sleep without eating. All I wanted was a refund. All of the employees were unprofessional except for the driver. I'm disgusted at the customer service and will be writing an email to the manager as well. That is, if they gave me the correct email address. I can't believe that there was no manager on duty on a Friday night. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this...
Read moreI love the people who constantly complain and be a Karen about a pizza place that's ran usually by literal children (under 18) or people 18-25. The ones who complain about delivery usually don't even tip. Have you seen gas prices? Not to mention how the roads are? Other drivers ect? They out there rain or shine driving your food to your lazy self and you can't even throw them an extra $1-$2? Those who complain have never worked at a busy restaurant and it shows or have never had to work at a busy pace period. Pizza places have a high turn over rate especially new places as they are trying to hire and get the right people. New places along with just about every place has staffing issues right now. Don't take out your bad day on someone just trying their best to pay their bills through this crazy inflation. Some of them are in school full time as well some have 2 jobs, kids, ect. Mistakes happen, if you're not perfect don't expect anyone else to be. Especially at a pizza place. These kids and young adults work hard. Give them some credit. If you can afford to go out to eat or get delivery you can afford a little extra for a tip. Staying home and cooking is way cheaper. Y'all probably don't even know how to cook but yet expect everything to be perfect. 🤣 Every FRANCHISE has certain rules they need to follow on portions, prices, policies ect. Things change over time Karen. I was mad when Domino's got rid of the peppercorn ranch sauce when they first came out with the sandwiches back in 08 but I didn't stomp around and let it ruin my day,week month or life. I certainly didn't go yell at some 21 year old manager during a busy understaffed rush either.

Read moreI HAD a few good pizzas from here, but it has gone down fast recently. I ordered a pizza from the parking lot for pick-up. I was told they would bring it out in 10 to 13 minutes. 22 minutes AFTER the order call ended, I walked up to door and called on the phone. Girl answered, I asked about pizza and she picked my pizza up off of shelf behind counter and brought it out to me. I asked how long my pizza has been sitting and she said about 10 minutes. I asked if she felt it was acceptable, that it was my dinner that I work hard to pay for what was now messed up. How would she feel if the next dinner she sat down to was messed up? She said not to speak to her like that. I was replied I wanted her to feel it, not just hear my words. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said no, not now, I was already late. I did call on my way home a few moments later and spoke with Grace who claimed to be the Manager. I expressed my displeasure with the time spent and service I received to get my pizza. Gracie expressed I should be more appreciative of her staff and did not feel I treated her employee appropriately. Not a thing about how long it took or an offer to credit me back. It was all about how grateful I should be to buy this pizza. I asked her what her employee said I did that she was defending so aggressively, she could or would not say.
