Maxtro's — Restaurant in Orlando

This place is amazing! We ordered the double Wagyu burger (I believe that’s the name), fries, and—surprisingly—some complimentary churros for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. I don’t usually go for dessert, but pairing those warm, crispy churros with our savory meal was the perfect ending. No regrets!

What really impressed me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly welcoming, even the cooks coming out of the food truck. They genuinely wanted to know how we were doing, if we were enjoying the food, and if everything met our expectations. You could feel their passion and pride in what they do.

The woman who took our order at the front of the truck (I wish I had gotten her name) was phenomenal—10/10 service. She convinced us to stay and eat there instead of taking it to go, and I’m so glad we did. The food is best enjoyed fresh, and the vibe added to the whole experience.

When they found out we were first-time customers, they offered us complimentary churros—a small gesture that made a big impression. We arrived early on a Saturday night, so it wasn’t too busy yet, but I imagine it gets packed later. Still, it’s clear that even with a thriving business, they haven’t lost that humble, customer-first attitude that many places forget once they get popular.

I've been on a mission to try different smash burgers around Orlando, and Maxtro's killed it!! Immediately up there on my list. Right away, we were greeted and offered water bottles by staff while we ordered (screen ordering). We got the melt and the wagyu double, plus a side of fries. AMAZING. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The patties were flavorful, and the cheese elevated everything. The aioli was also super yummy and helped make each item even better (is that lime?). Aside from these, we were offered an order of tots since the cooks accidentally made extra. Also so good, and soooo kind of them to give it to us! The staff kept checking on us throughout the meal – everyone was so cool! To top it all off, we were offered some churros, which had strawberry and guava flavors. Literally so delicious. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome and safe at an outdoor location and for the fantastic food & freebies. We will definitely be back to try things other than...

I’d been craving a great burger for days, and Maxtro’s absolutely nailed it. If you’re into messy, saucy, fully-loaded burgers, this is definitely the place to hit up.

I ordered the Fox35: filling, flavorful, messy in the best way, and totally hit the spot. Now, at almost $19 for just the burger, I can’t say it’s something I’d get regularly, but for a late-night craving or a one-time indulgence, it was so worth it.

But the real star? The CHURROS. Hands down, the best churros I’ve had in Florida. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and just the right amount of sweetness. For the price, these are absolutely worth it, I’d come back just for those, no question.

Service was also a highlight. A friendly staff member offered me water on the house and gave me great menu recommendations since it was my first visit. Really appreciated the hospitality.
