McDonald's — Restaurant in Orlando

So today at 8/2/18 the employees and the manager was absolutely rude and Unprofessional I pulled up very nicely I had a coupon and it something was wrong with it it wasn’t scanning properly then I found out it wasn’t the right burger Is was trying to get a double quarter pounder and turns out couldn’t get it with the coupon so I said okay that’s fine just give me a double instead the lady at the first window said okay pull up to the second window and have the manager fix it I’m like okay which I new was gonna be a issue when she didn’t even let them no what was going on until I pulled up they was all confused like what she want so the manager Kharioc was what she said her name was I think she gave me a fake name but it was around 6pm she wAs a heavy set woman very rude she was like okay what coupon are you trying to do like damn hello how you doing can you at least greet first so then she was like oh you you want a double well pull up to the parking lot by the door I’m like okay then she had me waiting for 5 minuets and made this. Boy come out asking me the same question taking about you want a double well come inside I’m like what the hell yall smokeing on in there they was acting slow man I was like I’m gone that was crazy so I pulled off and decided to call the store and the manager hung up in my fast like all I wanted was a double they was so rude for no reason man I’m not even the type to complain they really tried it especially that manger if you don’t like...

Restaurant number 23584 (3005 West Colonial Dr.): I went inside the store to place my order. The cashier said hello but with no smile or enthusiasm. I waited about 8 minutes for my order to be ready. She called me and I took it from her hands. The order was 1 big mac sandwich only and 1 McChicken sandwich only. I went home. I got into comfortable clothing. I went to the dinner table. I opened the big mac first and found it overloaded with lettuce and sauce, I mean the whole box was full of lettuce and big mac sauce; there was so much that it covered half of the sandwich. Didn't even bother to open up the mcChicken. I was very upset to come home and find my order was not made properly. Got my clothes back on and went over to the Mcdonalds again and asked for the manager. I told her and showed her the issue. I demanded a refund. She did not apologize, empathize, or offer to fix it OR she should of at least offered me a sandwich on the house for the trouble. She went over to the register and as she was entering the refund, I told her I will be reporting this to corporate and she replied by saying no problem, as if she doesn't care or as if she could never be fired or punished. We were inside of the McDonald’s today, a two totally different families order had been messed up (one their order was incorrect three times already), the manager was very disrespectful, to the point of where she was not even listening to the people tell her that the order was incorrect, she didn’t even acknowledge them speaking to her, she rolled her eyes and walked away. It is now 1:10 in the afternoon on January 28! And yes it was definitely the manager, the people asked the worker at the register was that their manager, and the worker said yes. The people are still inside of McDonald’s trying to get their issues resolved!(the other family had been there 45 minutes already and had not received their meal) And now they are calling corporate as they should! Whoever this manager is inside is disrespectful and rude (I was only observing as a bystander/customer) and because of the disrespect I refuse to spend my hard earned money to a company whose manager doesn’t even know general customer service skills! I am writing this review Because I used to work at McDonald’s as a crew member, and customer service is something that every McDonald’s pushes and teaches extremely!
