Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Orlando

Usually I don't have problems with Moes but dang. This was just disappointing. I paid for Delivery through the Moes app, after 30 minutes, my tracked order said it was delivered and completed yet nothing was by my door and assumingly delivered to the wrong address. I called and spoke with the manager, they fixed the mistake but I had to drive there to go pick up my order instead otherwise it would have been a refund, which I didn't want. However, it would have been nice to recieve a refund for the delivery fee (which was never delivered and I had to go there) .. Although, what's most shocking, was finding dried queso on one of my chips in one of the bags. This concerns me and kind of grosses me out because I don't know whether queso was spilled over the chips and eventually dried out, or, reused chips a customer didn't eat and was thrown back into the chips bin. Now I'm not claiming this is what happened, but you can obviously see my concern there and now im skeeved from eating the chips. For safety, wont be going back to this location. I am a HUGE fan of Moe's and I have eaten at many across the state of Florida. This is my 3rd time visiting this location and what a disappointment!! The employees are obviously one of the first impressions a customer sees and NOT IMPRESSED! They were rude and their appearance was not up to standard for ANY restaurant (Do most places allow shaved heads for women, paint on your face, piercings that never stop? I realize you can't discriminate but you can require a certain standard to be met for your employees that they have to abide by). Once we got past that, the food bar was absolutely disgusting and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. The floors were nasty, even the walls had strange things dripping off them. The bathroom was a disaster. I am very disappointed and personally feel this location is the way it is due to the employees. I have visited several others that had great employees and worked to keep the place clean (as in actually did there job). I do NOT recommend this particular...

there’s literally one worker that I like from the Moe’s and I don’t know if she still works there so this has nothing to do with her. But all the other workers guys please save ur energy I just left and waited 5 mins to order while watching one of the workers sit at one of the tables he saw me see him and didn’t acknowledge us at all. 2 more mins go by and still nothing when we walked in we saw a different worker go to that back that’s why we waited I figured the guy sitting down was on break but that wasn’t the case, my boyfriend then goes to ask him if he was working and the worker asked him why, my boyfriend then said I’m because we want to order? I kid you not I see this man get up from the table and just wipe his hands with a NAPKIN NO SOAP NO WATER NO SANITIZER just a napkin.
