Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Orlando

3/26 update. Drive thru service is absolute garbage. We waited for a while for someone to greet us and nothing. After a while we said hello a few times and we were then told to wait.

We ordered 4 pieces of chicken and a flan. After, once again, they were out of white meat (like they were the last time I came) When we got to the window, we paid almost $16. Then at the second window I realized we were charged for a 3 piece meal with rice and beans. When the male with the purple hair gave us our food we told him we ordered 4 pieces and a flan. His response was that it would be expensive. And if we knew how much it was for an individual piece?

First off, why assume I would care about the cost? I assume he wouldn’t appreciate being judged by his appearance. Why wouldn’t the women that took the order say something. If she chose to ring us up a meal, she didn’t even ask which sides we wanted. They just placed whatever they wanted and charged me for it. There’s definitely a pattern of poor service which is a shame because I really would have liked to support this location.

Great tasting chicken. Most negative reviewers probably think kfc is the best alternative. It’s not! Give it try for your self. Peak hours may be crowded but you’ll probably get freshly fried chicken which is totally worth the wait. No...

I ordered a 9 count meal, from the drive thru, had to wait for 15min for the nuggs, got them and then headed to i4 when I started to go thru the bag I noticed my sauces,dinner roll, Mac n cheese and nuggs were cold I was very disappointed. But a couple days later I went back in there and they gave me the nuggs and sauces and fries( they were out of the MAC) for free. They tried to redeem themselves. I think I would love the food if it was hot.So thank you guy at the register, you tried when your manager didn’t.I just noticed they forgot the dinner roll again!! Lmao,they gave me nuggets again that were cold, the fries were cold and still no roll !!and the manager didn’t even speak English to me . I don’t think he knew how. Regardless I don’t care if he did or didn’t but he didn’t acknowledge me or even look at me. The kid at the cash register was the one that tried to help and I think him a lot. But u won’t see me back in there again..can’t be spending 17$ on dinner that’s cold . Can go To Publix deli and get more for less. Don’t need a half million dollar atmosphere to eat some 🐥 nuggets. Spend the money on your food and add pato to the menu then I might come back thru!...

Truly its delicious but sometimes out of food or having to wait am extended to time just to get certain sides! Also if you want grilled chicken instead of fried about a 1/2 hr wait at least! I also never got my beans last time! At tye end of about 45 minutes or so(I took my time) I had to go up amd ask for the beans and they went oh uh um ok! Also, they told me it'd be about 4 min. It is yum! When they have what you want available! My plantains- nope-didnt get them! I was told by manager they run out alot! Once in a while I get it but they are fullllllly staffed and have a manager amd freezers! So, please let's get this a bit more organized. Another downfall, I was gonna get an extra tiny roll till they said 1$ per extra roll! My meal is already 13 now you wanna make it 15 plus tax if I want two tiny pieces of bread. Keep in mind they are wnxt to McDonald's and Taco bell, as well as, about 40+ restaurants in our area! Not compelled to eat there often! That is 60$ for 4 people if you dont get dessert! I would rather get served at a restaurant especiallyif Im out...
