What a horrific staff that act like they were raised in a barn. I orderd through Uber eats last night - I order through Uber Eats for pickup almost daily, as I don't cook. When I got to the store, there were no orders waiting in the pickup area so I waited patiently. One of the women finally approached me (after about ten minutes and it wasn't busy) and asked for my name and the order - I showed her both on my uber eats app. She looked confused and continued to do other things. Finally the older woman came over and barked at me "YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER!" I responded, I have an uber eats order, I'm not certain of the difference. She said NO you have a mobile order. Okay, sure. She went on to scream at me that I had to tell her that - I immediately responded that I had just shown her co-worker both my order in uber eats as well as my name. I've done this already. She goes back to her screen and says very flippantly, that order is long gone. I live on Shine Avenue less than five minutes away - I immediately got in my car to pick it up once I hit order. Not to mention, you have to show your phone to get the order - I have a VERY unusual first and last name. Who could fake that?? She then barked at me I had to call uber since I didn't know how to order. Didn't know how to order uber eats??? I do it almost daily and it's one of the simplest things to do. She tries to tell me that you have to select that you're picking it up yourself in the app, not sending someone else for pickup, and I didn't do that. NOPE. You just order it for pickup, then you pick it up and show them your order. They OBVIOUSLy didn't check the other person's order on their phone that supposedly picked it up or they didn't even make it - which makes sense because it took me 5 minutes to get there and it was like 8 items. In fact, the order was still active in my phone - if you give someone their order, it turns into a past order. My order still was active. I tried showing her but she just kept yelling i didn't know how to order and I needed to call uber eats. I went to leave because I was already thoroughly embarrassed when I heard her yelling and carrying on behind the counter about how I wanted my order when I don't know how to use uber and that I'm wrong. I did turn around and tell her this was ABSOLUTELY their mistake and she started to scream BYE! BYE! BYE! and snapping her hands at me. It was so disgusting, inappropriate, rude, and also WENDY'S messed up - these ladies messed up. I DID NOT. And then they tried to humiliate me about their mistake. Unreal. I'll never visit that store again, or any other, and be prepared if you walk in there to be screamed at, berated, and spoken to like absolute trash - I saw her do it to other people asking...
Read moreThis place not only has horrible customer service, but also has a window person who thinks she is in the street Instead of a workplace. Not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times but Latesia decided to mimic me in a derogatory manner! She had an attitude like she wanted to fight as I told her I ordered a natural lemonade and she insisted I didn’t order it. Then filled my cup all the way to the top with ice! Wow! This all happened after I made a complaint to the manager. The manager seemed to not care and just wanted to cover for her employees. I then called afterwards and the same manager said to me that she and another manager heard me being rude! How can someone be rude when they have to repeat and order 3 times. How does a manger lie to me and say that Latesia did not walk away to get my natural lemonade and say that if only she can “ get me” one of her co workers! The manager that I spoke to on the phone said she spoke to her “Latesia” yet - I paid for my food, there was no car in front of me and there was Latesia with her nasty attitude. I had seen the manager go into her office when all this developed and by the way she didn’t want to come to the window at first. What I did see was a blond woman walk towards the managers office. I was then told she was a manager as well, but why did she not come to the window to speak to me if she had heard the exchange? I want someone from Wendy’s to get in touch with me. I’m so upset after all this - the manager calls me...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at your store 2201 E Colonial Dr. 32803. Time 7:51 pm Host: Erica. When I tried to place my order, I did not understand that I should wait, and instead of politely explaining it to me, this staff member started yelling at me, asking me why I was speaking when she had already been told they were not ready.
Her attitude was so rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I felt humiliated and disrespected for something that could have been handled with simple courtesy. No customer should be treated this way. What made this experience even worse was that as I moved to the second window she loudly emphasized that I should "understand the language better." This was not only again rude but very discriminatory. I felt humiliated, disrespected, and treated unfairly simply because of the way I spoke. I intended to leave but she kept my card so I was forced to continue listening to yelling. I told her that we all have a bad day sometimes but the people around us are not to blame. And it was like starting a fire.
Among so many options in Orlando, I chose to go to this store and it was the worst choice. No customer should be treated this way. This experience was extremely disturbing. I know that this is just another comment and nothing...
