Arby's — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

I work at Public Storage next door. I come here very often. A regular customer was in front of me and Ashley asked him if he wanted to donate. She said yeah, I probably ask you every time. She acts snobby to me when I come in, but I usually blow it off. She took my order and continued to be talk to the man while she wrang me up. She didn't ask if I wanted to donate and didn't give me my receipt. When my order was ready, I told her so. From that point on she was extremely sarcastic. She said that I said no the past two times, so why would she ask again. I didn't have the money before and now I do. She had already stated she asked the man everytime. I heard her talking about me as I left, so I asked for her name as to post this review. She saw my name tag and said threateningly that she post one on me, even though I'm the customer. If I could give this place negative Stars I would. The so-called manager was so rude to me when I asked her a question to help me with something. So very disrespectful and mocking. When somebody asks a question you don't give them a hard time about asking the question and try to make them feel dumb about it. Never an apology for how she talked nothing. Well I know that the fast food business is a hard business and I always try to be kind to people I don't need some smart mouth kid giving me an attitude because I ask for help. Stay clear of this place no wonder Chick-fil-A and Wendy's across the street is packed and this place hardly has any people will not go back! Some days you just want something different. Something besides a cold salad or plain sandwich and chips. We were out and about yesterday around lunch time and went thru the normal cravings. Nothing really interested us. So heading back towards the house we were thinking... if we go this way we could go there, if we go that way we could try this. Keep ion mind, we haven't been to an Arby's in years. Literally years. So we decided, how bad could it be? We went for inside dining. What a pleasant surprise. Barely past lunch hour and they were busy. Not overly crowded inside, steady flow thru the drive thru. The place was clean, including bathrooms. Always a bonus. We placed our order, got our drinks and within minutes our food was ready. It arrived hot and fresh. The fries are amazing by the way. Roast Beef sandwich was packed full and a tasty treat for a burger substitute. We will definitely return to try some of the other...
