I'm never going here again ever! I don't know how many times I've got my order wrong at this location. I mean I've been going to this taco Bell for over 20 years and of course there's been mistakes, but lately the past few years have been really bad. Tonight was the last time I will ever be going to this location maybe even Taco Bell all together. I got my food the order was wrong and I went to the front desk to complain, but no one was there because they were all outside smoking weed. So, I went outside to complain. I was trying to explain my problem to one of the employees and they got frustrated with me and I could tell that they weren't taking me seriously so I started video recording them because I could tell I was getting nowhere and I'm tired of them not treating me with respect and dignity and I've been through this before at this same place and if i complain and they treat me badly because i don't have evidence I'll get nowhere no one will get fired i will get no refund. At that point they all got very angry with me told me I couldn't record them. Then they told me to get out of their restaurant because they felt threatened and they called me a racist and one of them said I was a racial profiler because i said they were smoking weed. There were seven of them yelling at me and then me and my two children just sitting there trying to make a complaint and they felt threatened by me recording them trying to make a complaint and finishing eating my wrongly made quesadilla. So I threw away the rest of my food and tried to leave, but they they continued to follow me out to the parking lot and tried to block me from leaving, it traumatized my children. Read moreOrdered food through app. Took 50 minutes to receive a portion of our order after we arrived at Taco Bell. The person in the drive through speaker asked for my name to verify they received order. After providing to them, they said hold on. After 5 minutes of silence, I asked if they had received my order. They responded, “I told you to pull around”. Since they were handling my food, I just drove around and didn’t argue. I then received a bag of food with 4 items. I had ordered 7 items for us. The man at the drive through window just stared at me. I asked if we could get our drinks. He said, “What did you order?” I told him what I ordered and he said that they didn’t have that. I waited for him to tell me what else they had. Literally nothing from him. I asked what do you have then? He gave some options and got my drinks. Again, he stared at me. I asked, “Can I get the rest of my order?” He said, “What are you missing?”. I replied that I am not sure but I order 7 items and only 4 are in bag. He says,” You don’t know what you ordered?”. I said, “ I know what I ordered, but don’t know what you gave me”. I went through my bag and compared what I was given. I told him that we were missing a Cantina taco, a Chalupa and the Nacho Fries. He leaves and comes back about 2 minutes later. He asks if I can drive to the front of the building. So after waiting about 10 more minutes, I get 2 Nacho fries and a Cantina taco. No sauce for the fries. At this point, I left without the Chalupa or the Nacho cheese sauce. I got home and opened the Cantina Taco and it was made wrong with the wrong shell. Read moreI stopped in at this store on August 16th 2025 at about 6:45 p.m. I ordered a simple cheesy rice and bean burrito l, a couple Diablo sauce, and a cup of water. The bill was $2.33. I paid $2.38 I expected to get a Nickelback. I received zero back for change. I was not served water. I did receive all of the Diablo sauce and napkins that were appropriate. My burrito was not folded correctly and all of the fillings were leaking out making a mess of me and my car... So I went back in and asked for the manager. The manager showed up her name she claimed was Marisa although she had no name tag....... I asked her what her name was and she begrudgingly told me. She said to me that they have no obligation to disclose their names. I asked her to tell me the manager's name and she said Michael however she did not or was not able or willing to tell me his last name....... And I do intend to call him. She was cocky and arrogant and rude..... And on my way out the door she had some last-minute words to say which I did not even begin to listen to... The kitchen was an absolute disaster..... The floor was a living hell....... I would be embarrassed and ashamed if I had company to my house and it looked like this. I want my $2.33 back.... And I want Michael to call me.... Whoever that is.. Marissa would not tell me her last name nor his... This is the most unprofessional, disgraceful, unkempt, restaurant I have seen in a long time... only after I re-entered and mentioned something did they start sweeping the floor..
