Chicken pad Thai tasted too strongly of ketchup. Boyfriend enjoyed his Dragon and Phoenix. The waitress charged us $10 less on our card than what we owed so my boyfriend went to bring it to her attention. Instead of refunding the amount and ringing it up correctly...she told us to give her a $10 more tip to compensate for her mistake effectively screwing the business out of $10 bucks...
When he came back to the table To explain what she told him to do On the check we agreed that it was shady and before we could even address it with the waitress again she stormed over to our table, scrunched up her face, snatched up our card and said she was just going to do a refund before storming off. She had to have been eavesdropping on our private conversation about what to do As we hadn’t said a word to her.
When she got an attitude we said something to her about how it was shady and it was her mistake to correct in the first place and to keep her nasty attitude to herself. When her boss was finally alerted to what was going on she tried to correct it the way she should have at the beginning.
We were the only people in the restaurant and the food was subpar tonight at best. The waitress provided decent service up until this...sad when your patrons are more honest than the staff who run the place.
I hope this was an honest mistake on the waitresses part and not a trend to collect more tips.
Subpar food + Shady, lazy staff...
Read moreWe first went to the Pacific Asian Bistro because were were shopping at a few other places that were right next to it, and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. It’s a quiet little place, but the food was hot and fresh, priced about exactly as you would expect it. I got the walnut shrimp with mayonnaise sauce, and it became my instant new favorite dish. It’s hard for me not to get the same thing every time I go back. On each visit, our servers have been friendly, cheerful and very accomodating. It’s not the cheapest place, and it’s not fancy or overly decorated, but the food is good and the staff is nice. There are a lot of selections on the menu, and we’ve worked through quite a few, and haven’t found any we didn’t like. The portions are generous, and are served fairly quick, the fried noodles before the meal are crisp, and the fortune cookies are fresh, which is not always the case at other places we’ve been. There’s a lot to do nearby in the Trails plaza, so we can usually get a great meal in addition to our other shopping needs. This is our favorite place for Asian food when we want a...

She was extremely rude . If I was not hungover on the couch I would go back to make her try my sushi since she insists I'm wrong. Very .. I mean VERY...
