Wine Not? at the Trails — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

Wednesday wine tasting was a nice, but different experience. The place is quaint with a warm atmosphere. They have a nice selection of wines for all budgets. We had the 5 cheese platter to go with our tasting and it was nicely presented. Having been to many tastings however it was not a “great” value. Most tastings allow you to go with the basic, which is 5 or 6 wines, or have all red or all white, as many people prefer one or the other. That was a big no. They typically offer you a full glass of your favorite as part of the tasting, especially in a case like here where the pours were so small, but they did not. Finally, even though you had to taste both white and red they did not give you different glasses but rather handed you a napkin to wipe your glass out when you moved from white to red….. definitely took down...

We came to Wine Not? to celebrate a special occasion-- it very cozy and classy inside with ALOT of wine from various areas. Kayleen was really attentive and helpful to us, she made some great suggestions and told us about the events happening during the week that we could come enjoy. The tapas/snack menu paired well with the wines and definitely well prepared. Happy Hour includes house wines buy one get one. I wanted to take a moment to say that Wine Not is a “not to be missed” opportunity in Ormond Beach. I travel there frequently and it’s such a pleasure to stop in and relax with friends. Ladies night is my favorite night, but the superb service has been there every time I’ve visited.
