If you're looking for an early morning breakfast, a mid-morning brunch, or an afternoon lunch, you need to give Ethan's Eatery a try!
Ethan's Eatery offers a robust breakfast and lunch menu full with classic favorites like eggs benedict, cinnamon french toast, and burgers. The interior of the restaurant is very cute, and the staff is so welcoming that you'll feel right at home. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating for those who want to take advantage of the warm Oroville days we have coming up.
We arrived around 9am on a weekday morning and were seated immediately. We ordered their breakfast sammies (with your choice of meat and eggs), a belgian waffle, and the cinnamon french toast. The service is impeccable and we had our food in front of us in a timely manner.
Their portion sizes are quite generous (we had plenty of leftovers to take back), and their plates are reasonably priced. You can really tell that the food is freshly made and everything eats as though grandma made it (so so comforting), a perfect way to start the morning.
If you're looking for some tasty breakfast eats in Oroville, then I definitely recommend checking out Ethan's Eatery! Without a doubt, I for one will be back to sample their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a business lunch at Ethanās Eatery in Oroville last Thursday. By 11:30 AM the place was already bustling, which is always a good sign. Our group of six was greeted by friendly staff and seated quickly. Drink orders were taken right away, followed shortly by our meal orders. The waitress stayed attentive throughout, checking in without being overbearing.
I ordered the Classic Pastrami sandwich on toasted rye with thousand island and swiss, served with fries and an iced tea. As shown in the photo, the sandwich came out hot with a generous portion of fries. The only drawback was that our meals arrived at different times, and mine happened to come last. That said, the food was worth the waitāthe pastrami sandwich was flavorful, the bread nicely toasted, and the fries cooked just right.
Overall, Ethanās Eatery made a good impression with its lively atmosphere, attentive service, and quality food. Despite the staggered timing on meal delivery, Iād definitely return for another lunch here. Itās a solid spot in Oroville for a casual business lunch or just a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEthan's is definitely a gem in Oroville. I was on a visit from Los Angeles to see family and they took me here. I can only say outstanding! Of all the cafes and brunch places in Los Angeles, Ethan's could easily open up a spot near me or in Beverly Hills or Hollywood and there would be long waits and lines out the door. Their chef must be a super find as well with unique offerings on the menu. Also, I am generally agaist the idea of avocado toast mainly due to the price tag where most places you are going to pay a minimum of $12-$15 and here in L.A. as much as $22. One of our party orded the avocado toast and when I saw the price, they are almost giving it away, and the preparation and presentation are equivalent to a cafe I go to for brunch where the owner was trained by his father who was a Master Chef from Le Cordon Bleu in France.
Service is excellent, atmosphere is what you would expect from any delicious and busy breakfast/brunch place and prices are incredible. Ethan's keep on doing what you are doing, and sorry locals, quit giving away your...
