McDonald's — Restaurant in Osage Beach

McDonald's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because of their friendly staff and consistent food quality. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was an exception. I ordered a 1/4 pound value meal with a free 2nd 1/4 pound burger as a reward for taking the online survey from a previous visit. The order-taker seemed to have some difficulty in understanding my order, and after paying, I was asked to pull forward. After several minutes, an attendant brought my food out without my drink. As I commented that I was supposed to have a drink, I checked the bag and saw that my fries weren't included either. She said she would check on that, and after an additional few minutes, the manager came out with a drink and fries and said the order had been placed wrong. I offered to pay any additional cost, and she refused, saying, "It happens." Once I finally got on the road, my burgers were now cold, and - even though the receipt attached to each carton read correctly, my burgers had slivered onions on them - which I am allergic to. Service was friendly but slow. To start, the restaurant had 0 guests in the building. About 5 min after I got here, a door dasher arrived, and 5 min later a couple arrived. Thats all inside the entire visit. The drive through had about 5 or 6 cars come through while I was there. Plenty of staff on shift for the lack of business (id say at least 6 people). The place was absolutely dirty. Hardly any tables were clean. While they were bossed, there was ketchup, wrappers, and crumbs on almost every table. Under the tables was trash and debris. The soda station was not properly stocked and dirty. It took about 15 minutes to get 2 wraps. They informed me after I had been waiting about 5 min that they had to drop fresh ones. No big deal. Then they dropped the ones they had down apparently so it would be another 5 1/2 min. While the staff was friendly, they were certainly slow and inattentive. It wasn't so terrible that id never give it a 2nd chance. but is worth noting so that management can...

I love McDonald's and I always have. The burgers are always good. However, every time I get nuggets from this location they are undercooked. I have worked at a McDonald's before and I know one can get into the habit of pulling food a little earlier than it needs to be because you want to get the food out. But, I would rather wait a little longer and have my nuggets be fully cooked. If this is an ongoing issue I am surprised that you have not received complaints from upset parents whose children ate raw nuggets and vomited later. Luckily, I am an adult and can see the nuggets is raw and I simply throw it away- wasting my money and your time.
