Arby's — Restaurant in Oshkosh

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Steve & Ash ROCK & definitely deserve to be acknowledged. I went through the drive thur Today around 11:20am & it's 4:09pm and I'm still in WOW mood over the service I received, never been treated & greeted like they did ANYWHERE!! They were both extremely on point all around...talk about kindness, respect & going well above & beyond...that's how I describe my experience. I live in Fond du Lac & it's nothing like this Oshkosh location. No fine dining place I've ever been to comes close, so yes I'm STILL in WOW mood. Steve even ran out outside to give me a sample of the red ranch, so not expected.... he was so cheerful too! Just a GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND, I HOPE UPPER MANAGEMENT SEES THIS & APPRECIATES THEIR EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY THESE TWO AMAZING INDIVIDUALS. I would drive to Oshkosh rather than go 5 min from my house, just because of the WOW service!!...

I spent $43 on dinner for 3 people. Our order was not accurate. The quality of food was terrible. We ordered 2 orders of curly fries and an order of crinkle fries. We got 3 curly fries and the one order was just bits and pieces of curly fries. None of the fry containers were full. Both of our cheesesteaks had meat on the outside edge of the bread but the inside was empty. The chicken sandwich had the top of a tomato on it with the green from the stem still on it. I understand the cost of things have been going up on everything, but seriously, if it’s going to cost that much for dinner at least we should get the things we order and they should be...

Ordered a Ham and Swiss Melt with extra cheese, and. Double Roast Beef and Cheddar with Horsey Sauce in the drive thru. Ham sandwich was literally refrigerator cold in the middle with no extra cheese (even though I was charged for it) and all the cheese on the Double Roast Beef was poured on just one half of the sandwich. No, not the top half, lol. Just took the top bun off and only had cheese on the right side of the sandwich. Went in and talked to the manager, and his response was that the heat lamps warm up the sandwiches and that the cheese is only supposed to be on half the sandwich because that's how they're supposed to be made. You know what? I get it. Fast food, low salary employees. But I won't be coming back. That was my last...
