Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Oshkosh

I have been to this location many times but today was very different the staff looked absolutely miserable and not friendly at all we kept the conversation light because of that no smiles no manners nothing it was the most awkward I have ever felt ordering food . The beverage cooler in the front had long hair attached to the bottles and it was grimy and dirty. I even pulled a long hair off the coca cola bottle and showed the guy and said gross where he just stood there and didn't say anything. It was weird vibe for some reason . So we sat down to eat completely dead inside and the employees were just standing there trying not to stare while we ate nobody was talking. They just looked like statues and I felt weird to even eat inside. I have been a manager in food service before and instead of them standing there doing nothing why would they not have them cleaning tables and dining room; the nasty cooler literally anything?! So dumb! There's always something to clean in a restaurant !Their ladies bathroom toilet Despenser was falling apart someone replaced the toilet paper but never put the cover on there was some brown stains in the sink . Overall 0 stars on atmosphere and customer service is lacking big time. People need to be trained to fake it till you make it. I will never go hear again . I'd rather...

We love Chipolte because of their delicious healthy food and have been happily waiting to have one in Oshkosh. Today we visited for the first time. Our experience was not real positive but we are not giving up on this Chipotle and hope others give this location a chance to find their rhythm. Although it was 2:15-2:30, they were quite busy and we had to wait in line a bit which was not a problem. The problem is the staff. We noted several issues. One younger man was making the guacamole and appeared to be trying to work very hard and fast. He might not have been doing it properly but another employee (manager?) yelled "no" at him. It is not the way to treat an employee in front of customers. There were no vegetables available which we didn't find out until after we had gotten our rice and beans. The young worman at the counter said "the vegetables weren't up to Chipolte standards so we're not serving them". No "sorry for the inconvenience", no sense that she was sorry in any way. I suggested a sign would be a good idea to let customers know. She very rudely stated "no". The young woman working as cashier was very professional, warm, and friendly (a gem). We WANT this Chipolte to be successful and around for years to come. Whoever owns it needs to be more involved until things are running...

I normally don’t leave reviews good or bad at places, but this experience I had warranted a review. First, we walked up to order our food the lady who came up to help us sighed so loud I could hear it over the grill as she walked over to us. Normally I have really good experiences at Chipotle with people helping us so this took me by surprise. I immediately thought she might be having a bad day just let it go, but the way we were continually treat was not cool. Second, my boyfriend has a gluten allergy the whole reason we go to Chipotle is because they are pretty good about handling allergies there. He already feels bad enough having to ask people to change their gloves and to do the fresh cheese and lettuce to help him not feel sick, she rolled her eyes at him and said ok. Not cool. Third, as she is filling up his bowl she is barely giving him anything a half scoop of rice and when he asked for another scoop again she rolled her eyes. Eventually he stopped asking for more because she barely gave him everything each time. Fourth, when he asked for the fresh cheese and lettuce again another eye roll and a sprinkle of each. Because of how we’ve been treated the entire time we didn’t ask for more to avoid pissing her off. I have NEVER had an experience like this at any other chipotle and this was seriously...
