I ordered through Original Steaks and Hoagies mobile app. I received a message that my order would be delivered through Uber 3rd party. (I did not use the Uber app to order nor do I have the Uber app). I received a text messge giving me updates and that I could track the Uber delivery driver. It gave me a delivery time. Mind you, I placed my order at about 6pm. The delivery time kept getting pushed further and further back. I called the store. Was told my order was next to be made. More waiting. I see the Uber driver arrived at the store. I get a call from the Uber driver telling me they do not have my order at the restaurant. I asked if he could cancel the order and I would place the order again. He said sure. Instead of canceling it, he dropped the order. I call the store again. I am told that I need to cancel the order through the app. OK... looking and looking. No possible way to cancel the order on the app. I call Original Steaks and Hoagies customer service. They are closed. I call Uber delivery customer service and get an automated message saying I need to contact customer service through the Uber app BUT I do not have an Uber account or the app. 6 Uber delivery drivers assigned to my delivery I still can not cancel my order. I felt bad they were wasting their time. I called a couple of them and told them not to go but they would drop the order and another would be assigned. I decided to go to the store to get this figured out. 1 minute from the store I get a text saying my order was canceled. I go into the store and I wait for other customers already there to finish ordering. Waited about 10 minutes. Finally talk to the guy at the register. I'm not sure if he is the manager or franchise owner.. he says that it is a problem with Uber and not their own app (blaming this on Uber). So I show him exactly what I did when ordering through their app. He's got my phone in his hands. He presses the submit button and the order goes through to the store that time.. EXCEPT he submitted it as a delivery. I was charged a delivery fee and a tip even though I was AT the store. I am so frustrated but calm at this point. He said he would give me a $10 gift card and free deep fried cheese cake (which I never would have ordered in the first place). I said at least the $10 gift card would cover the delivery fee and tip i was charged for being at the store. $3.99 for a delivery fee and $4.xx for a tip was charged that time. By this point it is close to 8pm. I've wasted 2 hours on this ordeal at this point. They make my food and I walk out. As soon as I get to my car I get a text message saying my order was being assigned an Uber delivery driver. I went back into the store and waited a few minutes but there were more people in line waiting to order. By this point I was done dealing with it and mad that I was charged a delivery fee and tip on top of my food I paid for. I walk out and go home. It is a repeat of earlier that one after another Uber drivers are getting assigned. Finally at 9:15pm I get another text saying my order was canceled. I checked my bank account and both charges were still pending. 2 days later, today, I check my bank account and BOTH charges have gone through. Now im extra extra mad and annoyed with this business. I have disputed both charges with my bank and the $10 gift card can go in the trash. The food was good but the service 110%...
Read moreFor what I paid, I’m honestly really disappointed. I was excited for this place to open up and had been waiting for my chance to go with my mom.
Right off the bat I noticed the person at the register, the guy must have been new because he seemed lost and like he didn’t know what he was doing at all. He kept having to call another gentleman over which is fine but if that’s the case he shouldn’t have been on the register by himself in the first place.
The next thing was the price of it all, $44 for what felt like 2 small “large” subs and these tiny “large” drinks.
The food itself was okay, nothing to write home about with super soggy fries and a chicken bacon ranch with little flavor or warm chicken for that matter.
The total wait time was roughly 30-35 minutes between the register time and the actual preparation of the food.
Overall I do not recommend this place right now, maybe when it’s more organized in the future but I don’t see myself returning...

When I went in for a carry out order after work I noticed that the kitchen seems very disorganized. Very long wait times. What really put me off was after waiting about 20 minutes or more for my order, they serve me French fries that have been sitting in a bowl the whole time I waited. It seems they will prepare deep fried items immediately and just let them sit there.
