I want to start off by saying that I like panda express as a brand. The Oshkosh location has been getting bad for many months now. My experiences at this establishment over the past six months have been frequent, with over five visits. However, I have consistently encountered difficulties in ordering my preferred menu items due to insufficient inventory of chow mein and fried rice. Furthermore, the availability of menu items appears to be consistently limited. During a recent visit, both chow mein and fried rice were unavailable. The staff indicated that only white rice was available. Despite operating hours posted until 9:30 PM, the kitchen was closing at 8:30 PM. The staff attributed this to staffing shortages due to call-outs. It is recommended that Panda Express in Oshkosh address these operational deficiencies to ensure a comprehensive menu and consistent service, which would likely improve profitability. To enhance customer satisfaction at the Oshkosh location, it is recommended that the culinary team prepare the full menu, rather than primarily focusing on a single item. Ensuring a diverse selection of menu options remains available until closing is crucial. Implementing these changes would significantly improve the overall...
Read moreWent through the drive-through on a Saturday around noon. The place wasn't very busy. We were greeted pretty stiffly at the speaker. I'm not expecting a grand welcome but a "Hi, how can we help you?" Wouldn't go ary. We asked for a minute because my s/o and I had our 2 toddlers in the back. "Ugh, yeah," was the response...uh ok. We started to order, and it was pretty obvious this girl had better places to be because she wasn't super thrilled at everything we were ordering. We pull up to the window and barely get a "hi" before we get ome drink shoved in our face. She closes the window and then gives us the rest of the food, turns around, and shuts the window without a word as I said "Thank you very much." No answer lol , so we assumed there was more as we didn't see the kid's drinks. They were in the bag. There is no indication of that, and she turns around and sees us still there and looks confused and doesn't even open the window she just rolls her eyes and walks away. The only reason I'm giving the 3 stars is because the food was all there and good. I don't expect to be treated like royalty in a Panda Express drive through guys, but could we at least pretend y'all care about customer service and etiquette?...
Read moreI love Panda Express and go to a bunch of their locations but there's a reason this location has such a low rating. I've been here multiple times and it's been horrible every single time. I've been told many times at this location that they can't give me my drink with no ice because it will "taste too strong" and that makes ZERO sense. If something is ordered without ice, I expect it without ice. Then today we were told that the super greens which are listed as a VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN menu item, are cooked in the leftover oil that the meat is cooked in? I contacted Panda Express and asked if this was common practice and they said they are NOT supposed to be cooking them in any leftover oil, let alone leftover oil that was used to cook meat in. I'm disgusted. They do anything they can to cut costs like refusing to give people a drink without ice and using leftover oil to cook the veggies in? Disgusting. I won't be coming back here. I live in Oshkosh but will continue to drive to Appleton every single time I want panda. I thought giving this location another chance tonight would be a good idea but I guess not. This panda needs to be shut down. Every single employee here has also been so rude every...
