Eaton's Fresh Pizza — Restaurant in Oshkosh

I called and placed an order before coming to pick up my xl and medium pizza, 10 minutes later I arrive, pay for my food, and waited 20 more minutes while they were goofing off, talking, and not taking customer care seriously. There was one older woman who was making one of the pizzas and I thought she would of put everyone in line to concentrate but she just acted the same. Slow and rude service.. compared to the other eatons pizza in oshkosh this was just horrible, I am never going back here. Usually I am one to understand how sometimes a job can be hard and be patient but this was disrespectful. No one knows what their doing when it comes to not only preparing the pizza but when it comes to service as well. Worth driving the extra miles to get your pizza made in 10 minutes upon...

Normally I love going to Eatons but tonight was the first time I was turned away. I walked in since I saw the open sign was still lit up. It was ten minutes til 8. They already had everything wrapped up so they said they couldn't make me anything. I understand it being close to 8 but you're still open right? If not put the closed sign up!! Also, please wait to wrap up everything until you're actually closed. I would have loved a cauliflower pizza but being turned away honestly makes me not...

Used to love this place, until today. We called in an order to pick up at 5:30, got there on time and they put all walk in orders in front. Went to the desk gave my name, and the girl went to the back room and never came back out. Next person came and took my name and told me it would be at least another 45 min. Way too many pizza places that have better customer service to give them any...
