I am extremely upset and disappointed with the repeated experiences I’ve had at this location, specifically involving one employee. I stop here regularly during the week, and instead of receiving consistent service, I’ve dealt with the same ongoing problems time and time again.
My orders are frequently made incorrectly, and when I ask politely for them to be corrected, I am met with attitude, refusal, and outright disrespect. On more than one occasion, this employee has openly stated she would not remake my drink, handed me the wrong size, or refused to give me the product I had already paid for. Most recently, she slammed the window on me, made my order incorrectly despite clear instructions, and then shoved the drink at me when I asked for it to be fixed.
What makes this situation worse is the management’s response. When I raised my concerns, one manager actually told me, “She makes them how she wants.” That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. It reflects not only a lack of accountability but also a lack of respect for paying customers.
I expect far better from McDonald’s. It is frustrating and disheartening to feel like my concerns were dismissed instead of properly addressed. I have already reported my experiences to corporate, yet nothing has changed. To make matters even more troubling, I witnessed other customers—who were not people of color—receive respectful service and accommodation, while I was repeatedly met with hostility and disrespect. Read moreAfter receiving an attitude from the drive through order taker for asking if they still sell salads because there was nothing on the menu for their "healthier choices" visible for how they had the signs turned and getting a reply of just "yes", after asking what kinds she replied with "salads"....after the painful process of having to explain that I wanted to know what different types that were available since I was now told they had 3 different options, but wasnt told what 3 there were I finally got to go pay a spectacular cashier that got confused when I gave her a $20 bill (which was over the total) and then the exact change....she tried handing me the change back saying the $20 was enough to pay for it and I explained I wanted just paper back and no coins....finally to the pickup window to get on with my day...my kids did enjoy that the 10 piece chicken nuggets came with 13, the fries were right, drinks were fine, but then when I got home to be able to eat, the salad was not what I ordered and even the chicken wasnt right....but the sticker they stuck to it was correct... I dont have it in me to go back or call to complain, but just be prepared to have a headache by the time you leave if you come here, but maybe you will get 3...
Read moreConvinent location is about all they have going for them, always have issues but today really floored me I Placed mobile order at 1022 am, got to drive thru right around 1030, waited in line and when got to the speaker it was 1033, they asked for code and said okay pull ahead, got to window after waiting in line again and she said it's past 1030 we can't make you breakfast and you may or may not have been charged so you need to call your bank to dispute the charge if you did get charged. No solutions offered to help. If this time cut off is so strict then there needs to be a warning in the app, or they should make the order before 1030 and have it waiting for the person to arrive, and if neither of those are an option then they need to be able to refund in store.
