So as your app stated, I could receive a free chips and guac with a purchase. When I first enter, I ask the young lady is this for online orders only? She (white female) states nonchalantly “I think so” So I get out of line and attempt to order online but no box to enter the code appears. So I go to the lady at the cash register and show her since there is a rush now. She also sees there is no box to insert the code. She was the only KIND and helpful one. I believe Juno was her name. She says you can just order here, I’ll take care of it. Now I get back in line behind a ton of people and order, I’m not sure if it was because of my race but the customer service here today was TRASH! The guy (Asian and/or Chinese male) doing the salsa had an enormous attitude. Instead of asking what I want he was pointing at everything with a bad attitude and it was almost like he wanted to yell as he was pointing at the food. Then he goes “are you doing the free chips and guac? I can do it for you this time but you have to order online” very upset. I explained to him it wouldn’t allow me to do it online and the lady at the register said it was ok to do it this way. He says to her “you shouldn’t have done that, we don’t want to make this a habit” So “I asked “Is there a problem? You don’t have to take your frustration out on the customer.” He goes I said sorry but he was indeed not sorry. Read moreI love chipotle. i love chipotle so much i will get it 4x a week because its that good. for the first time i did NOT finish my bowl. the workers her obviously do not care about the quality of their work. the veggies were soaked in seasoning. so bad, i could not finish my bowl because of how strong it was. oregano right? i could never tell what seasoning they put on the veggies but today i definitely did. i get a salad bowl so on things like pico and beans i ask if they can strain them longer to refrain from a soupy bowl. once i explained that he did not care and proceeded to just toss it. okay whatever i can deal with that. i get to the guacamole and its damn near BLACK. i ask if they have a fresh batch as i see its somewhat near the bottom. he proceeded to pull out another BLACK batch and then poured the visibly OLD guac on top of the newer ish batch. i had to stop him from putting it on my bowl. mind you idk if it was a manager or not but there was someone directing them through all of this. chipotle is great. just not this location. i hope they see this and do something because im genuinely disappointed. and im pretty hard to disappoint. here goes to my first ever bad...
Read moreI used to come here about once a week 2 years ago, but every time I come back and give Chipotle yet another chance, I'm reminded of why I don't eat here anymore. Obviously the biggest part is the rice. When I ask for extra rice, they give me one extra half scoop since there is already a bunch of rice stuck to the spoon that never comes off. Do I have to beg for something so cheap that should come with the expensive price of the bowl? Chipotle advertises that they will fill up your bowl if you request for it, but this is never fulfilled. The customer service is not welcoming, which is comparable and just how it is for places like Qdoba and other assembly line food orders. However it is so loud in Chipotle that the workers can barely hear my order and connect with me. When my sister and I shared a bowl last week, we both had mild nausea and stomach pain that night and the whole next day after eating there, which is rare for us to ever have so we assumed it was from eating there.
