Day crew is amazing but at night they are rude and skimp you out on the most stupidest things. Me and my friends ordered a medium sprite and nuggets with sweet and sour sauce among a few other items. We get to the second window and realize the sprite was not given and instead of sweet n sour we were given bbq. We tell the lady n she asked what size was the drink, we tell her medium and she tells us no. I donât know why she asked if she was going to refuse to give us a medium. She then gives us a small because I guess the First Lady didnât put it on our order, we would have happily paid for it but she never told us it wasnât on the receipt. Which is not our fault to begin with. She then slams the window after we tell her about the sauce problem. She gets mad and slams the window again. I can assure you we were not being rude or hostile. Me and my friends are in our 20s and we understand how stressful customer service is. She opens the window once again and we quickly try to tell her weâre just missing sauce but she closes the window rudely and doesnât even try to hear it. I now know sheâs just assuming weâre stupid kids being dumb but we LITERALLY JUST NEEDED THE SAUCE WE ASKED FOR đ.She tells us we need to pull up forward and leave and again tries to close the window but I tell her âplease hold on, I believe thereâs a language barrier I just need the correct sauceâ she bring out her manager and the manager finally gives us ONE sweet and sour sauce! We tell her itâs two and she gives us a dirty look before handing the second one. If thereâs a language barrier I can somewhat understand but if you are also aware you do not speak English then assuming the costumer is not worth serving because you think they are lying or are dumb kids should take a little more thought next time instead of assuming weâre trying to give you hell. Hadn't been here in probably 4-5 months.Drive thru around building:inside closed.Got two big breakfast order taker about our of breath hyped up hard to understand.$12.90 I received a pancakes/sausage,two hash browns (stone cold),pancake syrup, and a hamburger(?) Bagel.Of course,lucky me,left phone at home for wife to look at Petfinder for new dog.Pulled around,banged on window numerous times,waving food,three employees all acting like "nothing to see" including I believe manager making coffees in long sleeve red shirt.Completerly on purpose,ignored.Ran back home, called,phone rings numerous times,hung up on,called back bottom line they want my info so I can get re-order at another day/I asked for money back-"that does really no good since I'd have to still come back,one way or another,or come back around now" Could have been solved much easier while I was there instead of being ignored!!!!    Read moreWas doing delivery for uber at 4 am. There was a homeless man with a weapon who harassed me when I pulled in, he was out front of this McDonaldâs. I went through drive thru to get uber order the spanish ladies had a real attitude and wouldnât hand me the bag through the window even though the bag was 6 feet away. I told her about the gentleman out front and said Iâm not walking past him please hand it to me. They refused, I had to call police the whole time you lost customers cause I didnât move so about 10 cars you lost business on. Uber called the restaurant and said the driver feels unsafe can you please hand out the window. They refused again, they refused even when police came. Wanted to post this store that doesnât care about safety of drivers so that when something happens they will be responsible. Nobody should have to put themselves in danger, is this what you teach your employees? So you donât have any accommodations for handicap as well as far as pick up goes? I find it hard to believe that it was impossible to hand the bag through the window. Again check your security footage and youâll see this man even approaching my car. Very dangerous situation.
